Arianna is one of few survivors in who can be sent to either Oedon Chapel or Iosefka’s Clinic. Wherever she’s sent, however, Arianna’s fate isn’t particularly pleasant. No matter what you do, will succumb to a terrible fate – either being experimented on inside of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Iosekfa’s Clinic or being impregnated as the Blood 🦹Moon falls after defeating Rom🍬.
Arianna notably drops one of the Umbilical Cords in , items necessary for seeing the true ending and fighting the real final boss. Getting all the Umbilical Cords in can be difficult, however, and it’s actuallyꦯ possible to miss Arianna’s entirely if you don’t play your cards right before the Blood Moon.
Edited on August 30, 2021 by Renan Fontes: Arianna isn't exactly an obscure NPC, but her questline is one of the easiest to mess up in Bloodborne. There are several fail flags for Arianna's quest and you need to know where to go when in order everything is triggered correctly. Not just that, completing Arianna's questline in full means defeating Micolash – one of the single most frustrating boss fights in Bloodborne is you don't know what you're doing (and even then).
Unlock Oedon Chapel
First thing’s first, you need to unlock Oedon Chapel – the one truly safe place left in Yharnam. Fortunately, gaining full access to Oedon Chapel is as simple 🌼as entering Cathedral Ward and speaking to the Chapel Dweller. Since Cathedral Ward is one of the few mandatory areas in , the only way to miss Oedon Chapel is to neglect to speak to the Chapel Dwelleꦫr completely.
Once he’s been spoken to, you'll be able to give various NPCs prompts to head over to Oedon Chapel for safety. Not everꦰy NPC will s🍌urvive their journey to Oedon Chapel (or even listen to the player’s advice in one case), but Arianna’s questline can’t begin in earnest without access to Oedon Chapel.
Find Arianna’s Home
Arianna’s home can be found in the lower section of Cathedral Ward♈. She lives in a dead-end among several abandoned houses, with ꦅher and the Skeptical Man their area’s sole survivors. From the Lantern, exit out the stairs to your left. Hook right and run up the tall staircase until you reach the courtyard. Instead of entering the plaza, turn left past the carriages and follow the stairs all the way down to a back alley. Turn left one last time and Arianna’s home will be lit by a red lantern at the very end of the street.
Before Arianna asks for a safe place, however, players must either defeat three total bosses or kill a boss from one of the follow✅ing areas:
- Cathedral Ward
- Old Yharnam
- Hemwick Charnel Lane
- Yahar’ Gul the Unseen Village
After fulfilling the criteria, re𝐆turn to Arianna and she’ll finally ask for a safe place. Point her towards Oedon Chapel and she’ll be there the next time you warp to the Lantern. Keep in mind that💃 you don’t have all game to save her. Arianna is seemingly killed after the Blood Moon sets, removing her and her Umbilical Cord from the game altogether. Arianna can also be killed by the Suspicious Beggar if he’s sent to Oedon Chapel, along with another NPC.
Keep Adella At Bay
Adella may be a nun, but she’s not innocent. Adella is not a fan of Arianna whatsoever, a fact she isn’t coy to share. Adella also becomes bitterly jealous if you accept any of Arianna’s Blood Vials while she's in Oedon Chapel. If you accept three vials of Arianna’s blood, Adella will murder Arianna the next time you visit Oedon Chapel – locking oಌut her Umbilical Cord for the rest of the game. To make sure Adella doesn’t kill Arianna, you can:
- Never accept Arianna’s blood while Adella is around.
- Leave Adella in the Hypogean Gaol.
- Take Adella’s Blood Vials over Arianna’s.
For anyone who wants to complete Arianna’s quest♓line as stress-free as possible, it’s honestly best to n✅ot send Adella to Oedon Chapel at all. Like the Suspicious Beggar, she adds an element of tension that can supercede the quest entirely if you make a mistake.
Kill Micolash, Host Of The Nightmare
With Arianna safely at Oedon Chapel and the Blood Moon ideally set, her questline is put on hold until you defeat . Micolash is the main boss in the Nightmare of Me🅘nsis, a grueling late-🍃game area that’ll test the player’s sanity. Micolash notably spends the first half of the fight fleeing from you across a labyrinthine maze of staircases. Your goal is to push him into a small arena by chasing him and cleverly cutting him off.
Once you've chased Micolash into his arena, drop down below and immediately get ready to fight back. Part of what makes Micolash so dangerous is his ability to use A Call Beyond – one of the single strongest Hunter Tools in the game, if 🎶not outright the strongest. Mi♋colash will rely on the attack if you try to create distance during the fight, and it’s almost guaranteed to one-shot any build. The key here is to keep close to Micolash’s body, side rolling around his attacks while trying to kill him as quickly as possible. This approach does make it hard to heal, but it’s better than taking A Call Beyond straight to the face.
As soon as you drop down, immediately roll towards Micolash and start a ﷽combo. Read his telegraphs carefully and make sure to keep your dodges short and simple. You want to strafe around him if possible, never backing away too much. If you roll backward, you can potentially trigger A Call Beyond and kill yourself in the process. Alternatively, you can always use Poison Knives to drain his health and watch him slowly die from afar.
Find Arianna’s Baby And Take Her Umbilical Cord
After defeating Micolash, Arianna will go into labor and leave the safety of Oedon Chapel. From the Lantern, turn around and head down the stairs into the aqueduct. Arianna will be sitting down below watching her grotesque child wade in the water, sobbing and laughing. You'll have no choice but to put Arianna out of her misery, killing her along with the child. Doing so drops Arianna’s Umbilical🍷 Cord, which reads:
- “Every Great One loses its child, and then yearns for a surrogate, and Oedon, the formless Great One, is no different. To think, it was corrupted blood which began this eldritch liaison.”
With the Umbilical Cor🐼d obtained and Arianna killed, you bring yourself one step closer to seeing ’s true ending.
