Bluff Plus is the newest family-friendly game from Zynga, the company behind FarmVille, Words With Friends, and the upcoming Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells. Bluff Plus is a casual card game in which players take turns throwing down specific cards — or lie about it and hope they don't get caugh💝t.
It plays a lot like the traditional card game of Bluff,♐ (also known as B.S. or I Doubt It) where the goal is to be the first player to empty their hand of cards. They'll take turns announcing which cards they are throwing down, but they can also bluff and play different cards if it helps them clear their hand. If caught bluffing, you'll have to pick up the entire discard pile. It's a 💦fun game of strategy and luck, even if it's missing the personal touch of playing face to face at a real table.
Beyond cards, players can create their own island and decorat🐎e it with a variety of uniq༒ue pieces of furniture. It's certainly nothing new to the world of mobile gaming, but it's sure to give players a sense of progression and a reason to keep playing.
Bluff Plus also features global leaderboards, allowing players to compare th🌱eir scores and vie to become the ultimate liar. There's even a raid system in place for card masters who are looking for something more competitive.
Bernard Kim, President of Publishing at Zynga, says that this is the first title launched by the new Zynga Turkey studio that was first acquired in 2017. Kim goes on to say that "the title has already received incredibly positive feedback from players during testing," and that an "exciting roadmap of new features and events" is already in place to keep Bluff Plus fans glued to their phones.
All told, it looks to be a fun, casual game for families around the world to enjoy. Bluff is definitely a game that becomes more exciting when you're all sitting at the same table — so you can read everyone's facial expressions — but Bluff Plus should be a good alternative for players who can't r𝄹egularly meet up for a game of cards.
