Conservative pressure group National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) is Bobby Kotick be removed from his position at Coca-Cola, due to his conduct at 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Activision Blizzard.
The NLPC takes a break from its usual tirade against liberal figures and organizations in its strongly worded letter against Kotick. 🎃As fellow shareholders in Coca-Cola, the g꧃roup calls on the CEO to remove Kotick for "downplaying, ignoring, and/or covering up illicit behavior" at his own company.
"In recent mo♒nths (and even years) it has come to light that Mr. Kotick, as Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard, Inc., has led his company in a manner that calls into question his judg𒈔ment, character, and transparency with his company’s board of directors", the letter reads.
"[Mr. Kotick] knew about allegations of employee misconduct in many parts of the company. He didn’t inform the board of directors about everything he 💟knew, the interviews and documents show, even after regulators began investigating the incidents in 2018. Some departing employees who were accused of misconduct were praised on the way out, while their co-workers were asked to remain silent about the matters."
It is very much worth highlighting that the NLPC isn't the nicest bunch in the world. Despite claiming to be a group that monitors the ethics of public officials, they are currently throwing their weight behind Rep. Lauren Boebert, despite her abhorrent racist comments regarding fellow Representative Ilhan Omar. Overall, they seem very willing to overlook misconduct on their own side - making it even the direr for Kotick that they're not on his side.
Kotick has been known to support terrible politicians in the past himself. He ꧒has a long history of donating to the likes of Mitch McConnel, Chris Christie, and Paul Ryan, but none of his conservative buddies seem to be coming to his aid this time.🍃
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Activision Blizzard boa𒆙rd. Apparently, threatening to kill an employee via voice mail isn't enough to breach the companies "zero tolerance" policy towards abuse, so he's keeping his job for now.
