Updated on April 11, 2023: The Ceremonial Song Shrine Quest involves finding the Ceremonial Trident and solving a riddle to finally unveil the shrine itself. We've updated this guide for clarity to help you complete the quest with ease.

How To Start The Ceremonial Song Shrine Quest

Ceremonial Song

To start The Ceremonial Song, warp to Zora’s Domain and speak to Laruta &🐎ndash; a ꦏyoung Zora girl who knows about the song.

Laruta can be found in the center of the fountain itself and will send Link towards Trello’s direction once spoken to. Trello can be found staring into the water on the Domain’s northwest bridge.

Trello will reveal that he lost the Ceremonial Trident, preventing the possibility of the ceremony happening. Thankfully, Trello dropped the Ceremonial Trident into the water down below, so it’s not entirely lost.

Where To Find The Ceremonial Trident

Ceremonial Trident Map

With Trello’s placement on the northwest bridge, logic dictates the Ceremonial Trident would be in the water directly down below or at least nearby.

Use the Paraglider to drop down below safely and find a spot to create Cryonis pillars from. You’ll need to make a lon🍨g enough Cryonis bridge to spot the Ceremonial Trident down in the water.

To find it quickly, activate Magnesis and levitate the Trident out of the water. Place the Ceremonial Tride𓄧nt on a nearby ice pill✨ar and hop over so you can head over and pick it up.

Once the Trident is in your inventory, head back up to the bridge and speak with Trello𒉰 to hear more abo💯ut The Ceremonial Song’s specific details.

How To Get To The Top Of Veiled Falls

Veiled Falls

After finding the Ceremonial Trident, Trello will tell Link about Veiled Falls — a waterfall just west of Zora’s Domain.

The fastest way to Veiled Falls is to either equip the Zora Armor and swim up the waterfall itself, or use Revali’s Gale to gain some height and start cli♋mbing up to the side of the waterfall (but be pr💝epared to expend a lot of stamina).

With the Ceremonial Trident equipped, you need to scale to the top of the Veiled Falls and then drive the Trident straight into the Dagah Keek Shrine’s podium. If you manage to get the tip of the Ceremonial🍷 Trident into the podium, the Shrine wi𒀰ll appear.

It might take a few tries to get the positioning just right, but once at the top, jump down with the Ceremonial Trident piercing downwards. To do this, press the attack button while you're jumping down.

Once the Shrine has been revealed, head inside. Dagah Keek Shrine is a simple Blessing Shrine, which means it features no puzzles. Open the ches🍒t inside to get a Silver Rupee and then speak with the monk up ahead 𒊎to get the Spirit Orb.

Should you ever lose the Ceremonial Trident before completing the Shrine Quest, you can obtain the Lightscale Trident after completing Vah Ruta or repair the Ceremonial Trident at Dento’s workshop in Zora’s Domain.
