Bugsnax developer Young Horses has announced a new DLC expansion for Bugsnax titled Bugsnax: The Isle of Bigsnax. The update brings with it a whole 🐷host of new Bugsnax to capture alongside creature customization and the ability to create ꧒your own home with Bugsnax themed furniture.
As seen in the trailer revealed during this month's State of Play, the inhabitants of Snaxburg are off on an expedition to a mysterious island that rises from the ocean. This island is full of prehistoric Bugsnax called "Bigsnax", a collection of creatures that pretty much look like bigger, more dangerous versions of pre-existing Bugsnax.
We also got to see what looked like a boss encounter towards the end of a trailer along with a line of dialogue which implies not all is what it seems on this new island. Those who have already played and finished Bugsnax will already know about the game's dark undertones, and it looks like this new island could bring with it some more horrible secrets to uncover.
Also shown off in the trailer is the ability to customize individual Bugsnax with different hats, presumably unlocked through gameplay. There's also a new home decoration mechanic that will allow you to jazz up your hut back in Snaxburg with different kinds of wallpapers, furniture, and other bits of clutter.
The DLC doesn't have a concrete release date but is free to download and will be available for PS4 and PS5 in Early 2022. Those who want to play the DLC will need to have the full version of Bugsnax in order to download the update and will likely have to progress in the story somewhat to access the new content.
For those that are interested in Bugsnax but don't have a PlayStation system, you'll be pleased to know the developer Young Horses has confirmed that the game 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:will be coming to Steam at some point next year.
