Season 2 of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Blacks Ops Cold War just released, with an all-new Battle Pass, new maps, weapons, and more. But one of the biggest aspects of Season 2 that so many fans were looking forward to was the Outbrᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚeak Mode for Zombies.

And, now that we’ve had a few days to test it, we can safely say Outbreak is great! It’s a completely new step for Zombies, even if the three "maps" in it are all relat💖ively easy. But, there are still a lot of aspects from al𝄹l the other CoD Zombies modes that fans wish would come back. So, let’s look at some of 🅷them now.

10 🍨🐭 The Ph.D. Slider Perk

Call Of Duty Zombies: An Example Of What The PhD Flopper Perk Machine Looked Like

First and foremost is the self-damage we all suffer from in regard to explosives in Cold War. This is a big problem for us and any of you who like to use launchers, explosive equipment, or grenades. For example, shooting two capsules of the Pack-A-Punched M79 too close to yourself can immediately down you, which is absurd, especially for how little damage these things do to Zombies after the early rounds. So, this is why the community is desperate to get Ph.D. Slider back, 𒉰a fantastic Perk that lets you create explosions with your body by dolphin diving. Obviously, there would have to be a few ch🅰anges, maybe it would trigger on sliding with a cooldown timer, but, this Perk also massively reduced the amount of damage you took from explosives. It would be an easy fix to a very annoying problem, and we’d love to see how they’d implement it in Cold War.

9 Items And Equipment On The Groﷺund Being More Visually Clear

Call Of Duty Zombies: An Example Of Buying Equipment Off The Wall

The way Equipment works in Cold War is a bit frustrating in a few ways. One, setting off stuff like C4 requires you to press the interact button twice, which is the same input for picking stuff up. And, the other issue is how easy it is to miss stuff on the ground. I𝄹n older games, Equipment and Weapons would float pretty higꦉh off the ground and would be hard to miss. Plus, the hitbox for picking them up would be pretty generous as well. In Cold War, they’re harder to see, and picking them up can be pretty finicky.

8 Competitive Modes And The 8-Pla♛yer Mode From Black Opsꦓ II

Call Of Duty Zombies: Picking The Grief Survival Map In Black Ops II

Outbreak is a brave new direction for CoD Z🐟ombies, that much is clear. It basically combines Zombies and Warzone and lets people experience the gameplay loop in a whole different way. But, even with new content, we'll always miss the inventive modes from past CoD games. And, sometimes, your group of friends who wants to play Zombies exceeds four. So, it’s always good to have options for people who want to play a game mode with more people. The Grief Mode or 4v4 Mode from Black Ops 2 was an answer to that, where two teams of four competed against each other in the same Zombies' map at the same time. Imagine this mode combined with Outbreak? It'd be like a whole new game!

7 ꦅ 🎃 Pack-A-Punched Weapons That Are Wackier

Call Of Duty Zombies: An Example Of Both A Wacky Pack-A-Punch Machine And A Wacky Weapon

Cold War's Zombies Mode is a pretty big step back towards a more classic version of Zombies. Black Ops IIII got insanely creative while getting rid of traditional aspects to the Zombies mode. And, while that game was a step too far in one direction, the way P.A.P'ed weapons wor🏅k in Cold War is a step in the other direction.

To put it simply, they're too tame! In past games, Pack-A-Punching a weapon could change the way it fires, turn its ammo into explosive rounds, make the gun into a flamethrower, and much more. But, in Cold War, nearly every gun gets just a basic "upgrade" with no wackiness whatsoever, which is a bit sad. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Even the Wonder Weapons f🥃eel a bit "toned down"!

6 When The 💖Sto🍎ryline Was So Much Simpler

Call Of Duty Zombies: The Shadowman, One Of The Primary Examples Of CoD's Nonsense Plotline

Let’s face it, the “narrative” for Zombies in Call of Duty games is nonsensical. Apothicons, Keepers, Element 115, Doctor Monty, The Shadowman, Richtophen, Maxis, the Aether Pyramid, it’s all so ridiculous. It’s noncoherent, absurd, and impossible to follow. Cold War Zombies tries once again to simplify the plotline, but it’s still pretty out of control. Fans miss the days where it was Zombies were just a product of an unknown element and Richtophen was up to some scheme behind the scenes. We get that this nonsense plotline i💞s what leads to some amazing Easter Eggs, but there has to be a better way!

5 🌄 AI Partners For Solo Or Un-Filled Games

Call Of Duty Zombies: Spectating A Bot In Black Ops IIII

This next one is something small, but something a lot of us have been sorely missing. You can wait to play Zombies until your group has time in their schedules, but you can also play by yourself if you feel so inclined. The experience is different but still enjoyable. And, some of you honestly prefer Solo over Public Lobbies. In Black Ops IIII, you were able to play Solo while also being able to rely on AI Bot characters who would fill the other 3 slots. That feature is sadly gone in Cold War. if you queue💟 up without a party, one will be found for you, or you can choose the Solo mode. And, while Solo works pretty well and has some adjustments to make it fair, we do still miss the AI companions or at least the option to use them.

4 Specific Characters For The Map Instead Of Opꦺerat🃏ors

Characters from CoD zombies

Speaking of characters, we didn’t realize how much we’d be missing map-specific characters in Zombies. In Cold War, you’re now able to select from any of the Multiplayer Operators to play as. But, in most, if not all the previous games, you’d spawn in as a character who was actually part of the story instead of just some copy-pasted agent. Sure, someꦉ of these crews were forgettable, but most were pretty ওamazing. It’s a catch 22 because we love bein👍g able to use the Operator Skins in multiplayer to show off to our friends, but we miss the days of ♛everyone fighting over who got to play as Nikolai.

3 Points Triggering From 🅠Hits Rather Than Kills

Call Of Duty Zombies: Getting Easy Points Per Hit In The Original Zombies Mode

Another small feature, but one that a large portion of the community misses. Basically, in classic Zombies games, the "currency" yo🍷u would earn, whether its Zombie Essence or straight-up cash, would go up for every bullet that hits the zombie. Headshots gave more, and so did melee.

This led to some little strategies everyone would use such as shooting each zombie in the head a couple of times in the first few rounds, then melee-ing them. This didn't massively increase the amount of money🔥 you could make in the early game, but it did affect it enough that it felt like a nice little secret for dedicated fans.

2 Map Exc꧑lusive Perks

Call Of Duty Zombies: A Closer Look At The Electric Cherry Perk Machine

Our next one sort of ties back to the whole “map specific characters” thing, but we also miss Perks that were specific to certain maps as well. Sometimes, they’d even be tied to the narrative or that map or match the theme of it. Being able to get every per🎉k in every map of Cold War is actually a fantastic feature from a gameplay standpoint, don’t get us wrong. But, it does sort of take away from the world-building of the game a bit.

1 More Zombies Types ꧂

Call Of Duty Zombies: An Example Of A "Special" Basic Zombie From The Five Map

And lastly, we miss special Zombies! Now, in Cold War, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:there are tons of "Boss🥃" Zombies such as Megatons, Tempests, Mimics, Manglers, Plaguehounds, Hellhounds, and Soldats. But, we sort of miss the special “basic” Zombies that would match the theme of certain maps, such as the Gollum-looking Zombies from the “Five” map in the first Black Ops (168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one🎀 of the best maps in the franchi🐈se, by the way). If there was a bit of design variation for the basic Zombies that wasn’t just “zombie in a different outfit” in Cold War, it wo🌊uld do a lot to make each map feel more special.
