It's not nearly as bad as aimbot or wallhacks or just pressing a button to pop everyone's heads, but modders finding ways to break the game before it's even out still isn't great.
Luckily, Not All Of Black Ops 6 Has Leaked
This cracked alpha build only has the multiplayer mode with select maps, which is likely the same as the beta we'll be playing soon enough. So, people haven't had access to Zombies or the campaign yet. Regardless, it's a big leak, giving modders a headstart.
Activision is trying to stomp down on the cracks; many are now outdated or have simply been taken down, and it has even removed the beta build from the PlayStation database (thanks, ). But that hasn't stopped the onslaught of leaks and cheats still spilling out online—certain builds continue to work and are readily available to download. Obviously, I won't link to any here, but it was surprisingly easy to dig them out.
That being said, the beta is right around the corner, launching on August 30, so we don't have to wait long to play it properly anyway. Let's just hope Activision stops the cheaters in their tracks before it comes to trying the game out for ourselves.
