If you watched the trailer for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, you're probably pretty excited to get your hands on it, right? Well, buckle in, because the buyer's guide to Black Ops Cold War is going to be as much of a puzzle as 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:finding the trailer was.

From what we know so far, there are going to be a total of five versions of the game available. You have the digital standard edition, ಌthe digital cross-gen bundle, the digital ultimate edition, the physical standard edition, and the next-gen physical. Don't worry, it only gets more confusing from here (but we're going to try and make this easy).

An FAQ page was set up on 's website—theoretically,🐈 ♐in an attempt to clarify purchasing options. However, one paragraph will leave you cross-eyed and with no additional clarity. So, without further ado, let's get into the details of this monstrosity. Digital copies first.

The digita🀅l standard edition comes with the base game, a weapons pack, and two blueprints. Pre-orders get access to the open beta and the Woods operator pack. If you purchase on Xbox One or PS4, you will get an "upgrade" to the next-gen that's not at all an upgrade and is just a game transfer. No next-gen graphics for you.

The digital cross-gen bundle is exactly the same as the "standard" edition, but you will ac🔜tually get next-ꦿgen graphics when you upgrade your console. You just have to download a separate version for each console.

The digital ultimate edition is the same as the cross-gen bundle, except that you get to skip 20 tiers in the Black Ops battle pass. Order through the Warzone store and you immediately skip 10 tier levels of your current Warzone battle pass. Players also get nine new skins. Three operator skins, three weapon🍷 blueprints, and three vehicle skins called the "land, sea, and air" pack. So that's nice. Now for the physical copies.

The physical standard edition gets you the Black Ops game and nothing else. If you buy it for the PS4, you can upgrade to PS5 graphics if you buy theꦑ PS5 with a disk slot. If you buy it for the Xbox One, it won't upgrade on the Series X. If you want a physical copy for PC, you're out of luck.

The next-gen physical edition gets you the Black Ops game and nothing else. Except, now the roles are reversed. If you buy Black Ops for the PS5, it won't work on the PS4. If you buy it for the Series X, it will work on the Xbox One. If you're still confused, we don't bla꧒me y🧸ou. Perhaps this table will help.

Clearly, they want players to do one thing and one thing only. Buy theꦫ digital ultimate edition. It will get you access on both consoles ✨(with upgraded graphics), new skins, the Woods operator bundle, and cool stuff on the season one battle pass. Of course, Xbox is listing the digital ultimate edition for $89.99, so...there's that. If you're old-school and want a physical copy, Activision is basically saying that you need to get with the times. You get absolutely nothing else and you'll have issues going from one generation to another.

Honestly, looking at all of this is good for a laugh, which🦩 we need more of. Of course, this is the most convoluted side-show of a release that we've basically ever seen, so it also makes us want to cry. Let us know how you feel in the comments.
