168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a fairly st🦋andard entry in the franchise. It’s full of high intense action along with some political intrigue and good old fashioned stealth operations. It also continues a theme that was prominently featured in the first Black Ops and in the third entry. Saying any more would be a spoiler.
Speaking of, there will be spoilers below to better discuss the things about the story that didn’t make sense. There are also some gameplay mechanics that when juxtaposed against the narrative don’t make sense either. It won’t take long to finish 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War so take care of that before jumping in here.
10 Stealth Kills Not So Stealthy
There are some instances in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War where players don’t havꦇe to be stealthy, but it will make things easier. Silent takedowns with a knife makes sense or even a silenced pistol. There are some animations, however, that don’t mak♔e sense. For example, pulling out an enemy’s gun and shooting them in the head. It looks cool but the game shouldn’t treat it like a silent takedown.
9 Padlocks Preventing Entry
Some areas in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War try to force players down a certain route. Sometimes this can make sense like if there are guards posted, or if there is literally an impenetrable wall. It se🍸ems less likely that this team of super soldiers would be held back by a chain link fence and or a simple padlock. Shoot the lock and skip a few minutes of running around.
8 Locking Customization In Multiplayer
Players cannot begin to customize their weapon load out until they reach level four in mu♔ltiplayer. If one is good and or at least is on a winning team, it won’t take that long to reach this level.
However, this is something that ha🔯s held the series back for some time now. Wha🥀t’s the harm in unlocking it right away for players.
7 Stopping To Play Arcade Games
Throughout the course of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players will run into arcade cabinets of classic Activision games. Once touched, these games will then be unlocked to play in the safe house arcade unit. This is a nice nod to Activision’s past but it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to play a game in the middle of a gunfight. Players may as well paint a sign o🐼n themselves declaring that they want to die.
6 Russian Computers
Whenever someone from a foreign country speaks English to their follow countrymen, like the Russians in this game, it raises an eyebrow. One could say that they are speaking Russian but the game is just showing English to make it easier for players. That idea can be bought but what about that Russian computer Bell hacks into that has the Russian alphabet built in, but speaks back in a Russian English accent? This is all to say 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War plays it fast and ౠloose wh♐en it comes to dialects.
5 Why Trust Hudson?
After that scene involving extracting data from the Russian computer, Woods and Bell find out that Hudson is involved with the missing nukes. There is 🐬a confrontation between Hudson and the team after this but nothing really comes of it. Everyone is on edge, but still keeps Hudson around. There is no sort of resolution to this scene which makes the whole betrayal thing feel hollow.
4 Betraying Your Country For A Hat
There is a mission that begins with Woods talking to a Russian spy who is helping him out. They joke that he sells out his country for a hat and it is a funny idea to joke abꦛout but it is also not a joke.
Woods does indeed give him a hat to thank him for his help. Is that all he is getting? Surely this spy could have held out꧋ for more like immunity when this whole thing goes down.
3 Charkov Knows About Belikov
One of the more intense missions in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War puts players in the shoes ♉of Belikov, a Russian officer. Players need to get a key to hand off to Adler and Bell from another officer, Charkov, and how one does it is up to the player. For example, one could decide to poison him. Whatever happens Charkov will reveal he knows Belikov is a spy. If that was true then why didn’t he tell anyone else about it instead of saying it in private with no backup?
2 Getting Rid Of Woods
This entry is a bit insider baseball but it is still something that many fan🦩s would question in this game that doesn’t make sense. Damon Victor Allen took over for the original actor of Frank Woods, James C. Burns, for this game. Burns was very adamant about wanting the role in various interviews. This is one of . “I got 11 years with this guy, and I have all this backstory and all this front-loaded stuff.” Why take him out?
1 What’s With The “Good” Ending
The end of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War 🔴feels rushed. After a big buildup the bad guy gets away no matter what scenario one gets. In the good ending of the game Adler walks Bell to a cliff, seemingly for a mission, thanks them, and then pulls a gun for a twist. Bell also pulls a gun so the fate of both parties is unknown. Why betray Bell in the middle of nowhere? It seems like a waste of a trip unless there will be more added to the story later on. It is literally a cliffhanger.
