It’s always a tremendous accolade for creators to be recognized by the source that inspired their work. For cocktail connoisseur Greg Titian - also known as the man behind the YouTube channel How To Drink - CD Projekt Red did just that, by redesigning 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077’s Johnny Silverhand cocktail to match his work.
Sharing news🦄 of the redesign on Twitter, senior quest designer Patrick K. Mills tagged Titian in a post where he admitted he was a “big fan” of the mixologist. He also revealed that his rendition of Johnny Silverhand’s cocktail inspired the development team to alter the appearance of the drink. Titian responded by retweeting Mills’ post in shock, after thanking the team “a billion times” for their decision. In addition, he said that he found it “hard to even comprehend this”, and also mentioned that he would be picking up a copy of the game to see the results.
Titian began his YouTube video with an impressive introduction to Cyberpunk lore, before giving a brief round-up of the drink’s ingredients. Served within the in-game Night City bar “Afterlife," the Johnny Silverhand is described as an Old Fashioned with a splash of beer and a chili garnish, but the concept seemed a little puzzling to Titian. Nevertheless, he played with the idea and decided to recreate a “refined Boilermaker” by mixing La Gritona tequila with simple syrup and orange bitters, topped with The Lost Abbey's strong ale Agave Maria and c🉐ompleted by smothering the glass rim with smoked chili pepper.
Titian is an articulate and passionate host who appears to have a vast amount of love and knowledge for video games and pop culture. He named two of his fav🦩orite Cyberpunk by-products as Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner and William Gibson’s Neuromancer, which were both developed in tandem. In addition, he mentioned his experi𒁃ence with pen-and-paper RPGs, despite missing out on the Cyberpunk board game created by Mike Pondsmith and published by R. Talsorian Games.
