In CD Projekt Red's , the studio has outlined exactly what it's been up to during the ꧙first half of 2024, announcing that it's now "gearing up" to enter full production of the next Witcher game, which is currently codenamed "Project Polaris." It's further explained that the progress that has been made this year will allow the studio to wrap up pre-production of The Witcher 4 very shortly, meaning it's now all hands on deck.

That's not too surprising, given we know that The Witcher 4 will b💦e the next♈ game that CD Projekt Red releases, though we still have no idea as to when that will be. Cyberpunk 2077 associate director Paweł Sasko recently explained that all the studio's games are in the "early stages," and since The Witcher 4 is only just entering🧸 full production, we're still likely a few years away from a reveal.

The Witcher 4 Is Bringing Back Geralt

Despite CD Projekt Red's openness abo♔ut development, there's actually a lot we don't know about The Witcher 4, including settings, potential stories, and the characters that it will feature. We know that Geralt won't be the mai🐲n man this time around, as he kicks his feet up at the end of The Witcher 3's Blood and Wine DLC, but we do know that he'll feature at some point.

Earlier this month, Geralt's voice actor, Doug Cockle, revealed that ღ168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Geralt wilℱl be "a part" of The Witcher 4, but it's still up in the air as to how much. He ✱also won't be the game's main focus, so we'll have to waitꦫ and see whether CD Projekt Red will hand the franchise over to Ciri, or if a completely different protagonist will take over entirely.
