The Artifact sits in the middle of the plaza, and this can be accessed to bring up the Hunt menu. From here, the developers optedꦫ🦩 to make the organization of NPCs and their shops more user friendly and bundled together by theme.
Markus Boehr has decided that crafting potions and pylons is no longer the type of work he enjoys, and in his place, ꦓGranny Strega has stepped up, embodying everything a Witch would aspire to be.
Wils and Moyra are both now front and center behind the artifact൲ and provide Slayers with quick, easy access to weapons and armor crafting. This is a simple but appreciated quality of life improvement for players who grind patrols and upgrade a pie🦩ce of gear between matchmaking.
Behind them is where Slayers will locate Arkan Drew, Admiral Zai, the Scarred Ma🐻ster, and the Middleman. Everything a player needs is now more streamlined, which is a nice touch.
One of the most interesting additions to Ramsgate are the same aether vents found while hunting that are used to get around and access high places. Since this new Ramsgate is larger, the vents make for quick and easy travel. Lady Luck and the Trial Boards are located at the far right top of the town, but it takes little time to get there thanks to sever🐓al vents.
Lastly, ✃Gregario Flynt, the Vault, and the storefront 🦹have all been given their own section to the left of the plaza, and everything looks fantastic.
The Sword Rework
There is a lot to say about the Sword, but overall, it is best to try it out for yourself and see how it feels. The Sword is certainly a different beast now, and the rework makes the weapon feel a bit like Strikers in its funda🍸mental requirement of using quick, simple combos to then provide access to the real heavy hitting moves. It will be great to see how players theorycraft and test new builds around the Sword, and it is sure to be a hit.
With this outstanding new update to the Sword, a beautiful new player hub, and a new Hunt Pass beginning right now, there has never been a better time to dive into Dauntless!
