The choices for Pokémon GO's next two Community Days just go t🧸o show that Niantic wants its trainers to buy as many incubators as possible.
This coming weekend, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon GO's monthly Community Day is taking place. The spotlighted Pokémon this time around will ▨be Seedot. That𒅌 means Seedot will spawn far more frequently, and the shiny variant of the Pokémon will make its debut. There will also be bonuses for evolving Seedot's evolved form Nuzleaf, as well as other limited-time rewards throughout.
As for the next two Community Days in June and July, Niantic is once again handing the power over to Pokémon GO's players. The developer is allowing trainers to vote for which Pokémon they would like to be the focus for the next two months. It did this for the first time in February of this year at which timꦗe Rhyhorn won the vote.
There was a problem with that vote though, and this second round of voting is subject to the same issue. Trainers can't just pick any Pokémon, which we understand as that would be anarchy. However, as was the case in February, all four choices are Gen I Pokémon. Pokémon that most trainers who have been playing Pokémon GO for an extended period of timꦗe will already have trained up, fully-evolved versions of.
It seems that Niantic has no intention of throwing a rare Pokémon all trainers will be eager to get their hands into the spꦉotlight for a Community Day any time soon. It is instead reserving those Pokémon for hatching events, as it has done with Gible and Riolu in the past. That way, more hardcore players buy up incubators at those times in order to hatch as many eggs as possible during the events.
Niantic could argue that it had rarer Pokémon such as Deino or Axew li𓃲ne꧑d up for Community Days this year, but the COVID-19 outbreak has changed those plans. The trouble is, this worrying trend predates the global pandemic we are currently in the midst of. It would seem that Community Days will continue to be about luring in lapsed and casual players with recognizable Gen I favorites. Meanwhile, hatching events that require spending to make the most out of them will be where the sought-after Pokémon can be found.
