One of the main ways they take over the place is by using their supernatural powers to infect humans and turn them into Hiss Entities. These𝔉 creatures come in various forms depending on how much the Hiss have corrupted the host. And not only is every type of entity visually distinct,♛ but they all have their own set of abilities, too. What are the Hiss types and what do they do in Control?

The most common entities in the entire game are the Hiss Agents. These beings can be seen levitating all over the Oldest House yet they provide no threat. Of course, they're still creepy enough to fit into even 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the best horror games.

In fact, they're one of the few t🍸hings in the game that don't attack t🤡he player. Instead, they continually spout the Hiss's signature incantation. A piece of field research about them theorizes that their purpose is to act like spores to help with the Hiss's corruption.

15 🍒 Hiss Charged 💦

The Hiss Charged are some of the most dangerous enemies player's face throughout the adventure. This is because they have no care for their own well-being. Their sole strategy during battles is to charge at Jesse and self-destr💫uct.

One report in the game suggests that their goal is to destroy the HRAs the humans are wearing. If they succeed, then the Hiss wouꦬld be able to corru🌱pt even more people.

14 ౠ Hiss Cluster 🙈

Even the Hiss need support sometimes and that's what the Clusters provide. These giant spheres boost the health of other entities so they can withstand m📖ore punishment. It's a very annoying power for the people fighting the beings.

Someth❀ing else that's interesting about these enemies is that they're one of the few Hiss entities that don't require a host to corrupt. They're made from pure Hiss resonance.

During battles with the Hiss, players may often notice homing grenades coming their way. People can thank Hiss Demolition Experts for that as rifles that fire tr📖𝄹acking grenades are their weapons of choice.

These enti✃ties don't act too dissimilarly from humans in terms of moving and fighting. Their corruption is only shown through their bloodlust and a red glow on their faces.

12 ꦐ Hiss Elevated ♚

One of the most useful powers Jessie has throughout the gam🥃e is her ability to levitate. Yet, she's not the only one who can go airborne as Hiss Elevated can, too. What's more: they can use their powerful telekinesis ꧒to throw objects at Jesse.

The corruption from the Hiss seems to have had a major effect ꦦon their hosts. These creatures look more pale and feeble than the average Bureau employee.

11 🌊 Hiss Distorted

The Hiss Distorted entities have a very useful power in that they can turn invisible. The ability allows them to sneak up on Jesse before attacking. Fortunately, they're not able to strike while cloaked; therefore, there's always a chance to see their concuss✅ive blasts coming. Players don't usually get a long time to react though.

The visuals of the creatures are as interesting as their powers. They partially look like flying beasts with their giant wings. However, they sti𝕴ll contain some of the limbs of their initial hosts.

10 Hiss Guard 𒀰

The🦄 Hiss Guards are former members of the Bureau's internal security team. As they were the first line of defense, many of them were likely corrupted earl♍y in the Hiss's invasion.

There are 🧸two variants of the guards: the basic one who carries a rifle and the armored version who holds a shotgun. Both versions sh🍒ow the Hiss corruption with their glowing red skin. But they fight the same way they did as humans.

9 ꦏ ⛦Hiss Ranger

Before their corruption, Rangers were some of the Bureau's most impressive fighters. Their retro design hearkens to Fallout vibes, too. Unfortunately for Jes🤡se, the Rangers' combat capabilities remained after theཧ Hiss got their claws in them.

Because of their proficiency with sub-machine guns, rifles, and shotguns, these enemies are very dangerous. They're🐼 another set of former humans who get to keep their original bodies with some added glow.

New versions of the Hiss Rangers appear in the AWE expansion. They are similar to their base g💞ame counterparts in regards to the𝐆ir guns. However, the new entities can also levitate, and that makes them trickier to shoot.

The origin of their additional power is unclear. Although, the game suggests that it has something to do with the fac♔t these airborne Troopers ꧟stay in the Investigations Sector of the Oldest House.

7 Hiss Sniper 🦩

Hiss Snipers are the main long-distance threat in the game. Not only do they fight from range, but they try to stay out of sight, as well. And yet, their scopes give off a beam of light. Those beams aren't easy to miss 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:unlike some other things in the game.

The♍ir ranged skills are all taken from their hosts who were formerly sni🔜pers for the Bureau. Like with Rangers, their Hiss corruption is shown in their red faces.
