Rafael is one of the blacksmiths in Starlet town. He and his older brother, Pablo, run Sanchez Borthers Blacksmith, where they also live in the upstairs space. He's rather quiet when you first meet him, but once you spend more time with him, he'll become more social with you.
He has a soft spot for his niece, Valentina, and can often be found working in his shop. When he leaves, he goes north towards the school on his break to grab lunch from Emma's Taco Truck. You'll find his shop towards the north part of to🔯wn, just below the school to the west of the Lake.

Rafael has his own unique likes, in addition to the universal likes and dislikes that almost all townies have. Giving him gifts twice a week will increase your friendship and bring you closer to pursuing a romantic relationship.
