Coco has had quite a lot of the spotlight in the past years. Becoming playable in the N. Sane Trilogy, as well as Crash 4. That's not going away anytime soon because she's also playable in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Crash Team Rumble, and she's no longer a simple character swap. She's got her own moveset, even if it's still similar to Crash.
So, what is the best way to use her in the game? What is she good at, and what is she bad at? And what powers are a good combination for her? Let's find out.
5 ജ Know Your Role ☂
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Coco is a Booster. That means your job would theoretically be to control the Gem platforms and obtain lots of Relics to activate their stations. Control over the Gems is one of the mඣost crucial parts of the match because they will greatly increase the amount of Wumpa de⛄livered.
However, that doesn't mean you should only do that. You should still collect and bank Wumpa — especially if you took over the Gems and the Wumpa boost is on — and Coco is a decent option to chase people. This isn't a fighting game, though, and focusing on killing enemies won't necessarily make you win. Besides, a Blocker such as Dingodile will most likely kill you instead of the other way around. Pick your battles, pay attention to what the team needs, and focus on that.
4 🌳Embrace 🃏Your Speed
Coco is one of the fastest characters in the game. Don't be afraid to be in the air as much as possible to use your dash or spamming your spins to get a speed boost (your spins will cancel your air-dash, though, so avoid using them at the same time). She's very mobile, especially horizontally, so that's a good thing to take advantage of.
Maps with a lot of verticality can be a bit of a problem. All you have is your double jump, like most characters. You can use the Bounce Crates to circumvent that issue, but there are better powers to choose from. Still, plain areas such as Just Beachy or Tar Valley are beautiful playgrounds for you, allowing you to easily escape Blockers, reach platforms and stations with ease, and so on. Move fast, don't stay too long in one place, and most people will have a problem keeping up with you.
3 🌞 Choose When To Fight
As stated, this isn't a fighting game, and even so, there are characters better suited for combat scenarios. That said, Coco is decent at combat with her triple spin and slam attack, has a good amount of health for a non-Blocker, and is one of the fastest characters in the game. That means few characters are capable of out-running you.
If you see someone stacked with Wumpa — or worse, with a Wumpa Stash — or a Blocker is almost dead, then taking a little detour to beat them up might be a good idea. Most Scorers won't be able to do much besides running away, and, other than characters with good vertical movement, such as Catbat, you have a good chance of taking them out.
Finally, if you realize you made a mistake by picking a fight, just run away. As stated, you don't need to fight people to win this game, and you are fast. If your attack went sideways, get out of there. They'll most likely be unable to keep up with you, and your dash will leave a Quantum Wall to stagger them a bit. Fighting your opponents is only the best strategy if you're positive that you won't actually die.
2 ♔ Use 🐷Quantum Wall
The wall you can summon does quite a few things, and it has a low cooldown. You're also likely using it constantly since your dash also activates it. Still, there are a few perks here, so consciously using the wall is a good choice.
It'll increase the speed of your allies in case they go through it, and it knocks enemies away, also causing a bit of damage. You can place them on Gem Platforms or Relic Stations if someone's coming for you or between you and the nasty Dingo hogging your bank. Fighting anyone with the wall placed during the combat makes a lot of difference.
1 Choose A Variety Of Pow✅ers
Most powers are good, making variety a nice trick here. For example, if no one got the Healing Fridge, maybe yo🍌u could get it. Still, there are powers better suited to your role as a Booster.
The Gasmoxian Guard presents a good opportu🌸nity to defend yourself since most Blockers can threaten you. It blocks a good area, and you can use it to contest Gem Clusters if going there yourself is too dangerous. You can also prevent enemies from dropping Relics at stations.
Flytrap Spitters are also a good choice. They aren't as deadly, but they are quicker to charge, you can use multiple at once (if they're all charged), and they can also contest Gems. They can help you dominate four Gems while fighting someone else for them.
Bounce Crates will compensate for your lack of vertical mobility, too, so they can be an efficient power in maps with a lot of verticality. Power Drain is a fun c🃏ounter, and Garbage Dump is also useful for comba꧂t, but you can live without them.
