TheGamer downloaded Cyberbang 2069 in the name of research and gave it a whirl, clicking through different dialogue options as we tried to win the admiration and affections of Arasaka ninja Sandayu Oda.

Cyberbang 2069 has also been sanctioned by CDPR, with the Polish studio giving the project its blessing of a kind. The game's description reads: "A FREE, UNOFFICIAL fan project made with express permission 𒆙from, and not endorsed by, CD Projekt Red." Triple Thirst clearly asked the developer for the okay in order not to be shut down. And members of the CDPR team seem quite into the fan-made project:

Cyberbang 2069 is a visual novel at heart and thus relies a lot on text. But the music and audio featured in the game is a real v🧸ibe, while there are certainly sexy parts. Cyberbang also allows male or female V to have a lot more male romance options than the official game on which it's based, and builds out the characters and their relationship dynamics more.

Currently, fans can play through C🃏yberbang 2069 and four different demos focusing on either Sandayu Oda, Goro Takemura, Johnny ꦑSilverhand, or Viktor Vektor. The visual novel is under a gigabyte in file size and is available for Mac or Windows users, either for free or players can leave a contribution for Triple Thirst's efforts.

Some players are impressed with the fan-made game. One review : "I expected a short nsfw game but g🅰ot very well thought-out and executed "questline" that could easily rival those in C77. I just spent about 4 hours with Oda and I'm really impressed𒅌. Looking forward to see the rest".
