In a game with dialogue options, you expect these choices to have a d♍eep effect on the way people view you. Regardless of how you act around Jackie Welles, his attitude towards V does not change. On one hand it is good to know he remains V's friend no matter what. On the other hand, we wish dialogue trees had a bigger impact on the world. It might make less sense if he hated V and then still worked with them, though.
