The most memorable part of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077 is Night City, and that's nowhere close to a controversial take. The city is alive with bustling pedestrians, each bu꧙rsting with color and movement. Cars are getting into accidents, stores are being robbed, businesses are completing transactions, even if you're not there to see it all.
Still, part of the charm of such a city is the ambiguousness, the everyday paradox ﷽that pops up here and there. Cyberpunk 2077 comes from the source material (fittingly also named Cyberpunk) that fans have been consuming for a long time. So even when there is a mystery that makes the city seem like a contradiction, there is an expert out there who will try to clear up the misunderstanding.
10 No Sense: Night Cityღ Is Not A Capitalist Dystopia
Beginners can makeꦓ a lot of mistakes w⛎hen playing this game and expecting untethered capitalism might be one of those things. All economic policies have theiꦡr problems, it's just that Night City struggles with something totally different than the extremes of a single economic school of thought.
That said, the game's aestheꦺtic and setting generally drive players to expect just that.
9 Fan Theory: A Government Is Still P🃏ulling The Strings
When you're doing one of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the amazing side quests in Night City, you might pick up on characters talking about how yo꧋u're i🍨n the "free state" of northern California. While California has occasionally grappled with the idea of secession, it's hard to believe they'd have been able to completely disassociate with a government.
Some elements ofไ Night City are exclusive to government intervention, like corporate elitism, immigration control, and a centralized currency. There is still an elected mayor, after all, so Night City is hardly anarchist to any degree.
8 No Sense: C💮ulture Is Never Discussed
You'll be amazed that China Town and Pacifica look so different, yet if you're bartering for a🦹ugmentations꧙ (that exist in real life, by the way), none of the NPCs are even talkin﷽g about the unique cultural heritage in theirℱ portion of the city.
Being home to thousands of cultures, Night City is hardly homogenous; eac🌳h building,ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ accent, and culinary delight confirms these differences have stayed intact. But why is these demographics never have an issue or a contention?
7 Fan Theory: City Planners Manufactured Diversity 𒁃
Much like how 168澳洲幸运5开奖网𓆉:you can make V ridiculously overpowered by carefully replacing parꦓts of yourself with cybernetic upgrades, Night City could quite possibly owe its diversity, not to its natural inhabitants, but artificial cit𒆙y planners from the outside.
🐼With the residents not really matching their surroundings, it stands to reason that somebody came in and designed the city to incorporate architecture and art in targeted areas. This explains why each district is distinct and doesn't blend into the rest.
6 🌠 No Sense: Night City Does Not Sho🐻w Lasting Damage
If ♌Cyberpunk 2077 needs to make some qua🎀lity of life changes, they should hire whoever it was that fixes Night City. According to in-game history, the city h🗹as been burned to the ground, bombed at least four times, and had more violent riots than can be counted.
While not every part of Night City is perfect, it's in great shape. The streets are well maintained, the buildings are shiny, and even the poor areas are sheltere⭕d. What happened to all of the evidence of destruction?
5 Fan Theorꦅy: The History Of Night City Has ൲Been Fabricated
Before giving up and just assuming that 168澳洲幸运5开🌃奖网:nothing in the game makes any logical sense, think about how the victors have always written history. The dog-eat-dog world of Night City is a fertile gr♏ound for victors editing what really happened.
There is an incen🤡tive for businesses to tell people that they've been killed ✨in droves before because it drives trust for their protection. Also, they get to play the heroes that rebuilt Night City from the ground up... even if it never happened.
4 No Sense: Voted "Worst City To Live" ♈
Nigh𝔉t City is full of unexpected but consist💞ent annoyances, but is it really that bad? The murder ratܫe is on the high🅺 side, but nothing unheard of for large cities in the world currently.
Why are people trying to get into it if it's so bad? Voters can say what they will, but, as the saying goes, "people vote with thei🐷r feet," 🎐and Night City is a place where people have to bribe and extort others to gain entry (just ask anyone from the Nomad backstory).
3 Fan Theory: The Media Is Overhyping The🅷 Is🎃sues
Players get to hear loads of 🐽commentary about how the city is doing, but it's all from the lens of the media. And they certainly aren't unbiased. To get the hits they need, they'll exaggerate any story.
Look around and you'll notice that each crime scene and fender bender has cameras f﷽rom news crews on the scene even before the NCPD. Yet not a single news story finds🍎 the time to report on the unprecedented access to food and housing.
2 No Sense: The NPCs Exhibit Stran✤ge Behavior
The real elephant in the room is the behavior of the citizens o🌊f Night City. Some of them never sleep. Some of them never stop crying while others never stop trying to console them. Some never stop dancing.
And this is not an exaggeration. Never means never. You have to ask yourself what is going on when a character has been designed to do nothing but go back and forth across the street for the rest of their ♐lives.
1 𒉰 Fan T🌄heory: Night City Is Hell
It's a horrifyin🎃g idea, but there is a chance that Night City is just hell. The souls are trapped the🦄re for eternity, unable to escape, behaving in ways and doing jobs that are designed to teach them some kind of immortal lesson.
It makes the possibility that V is in purgatory even more likely since V seems to be the only one with any amount o🐓f free will. V can𓆏 only leave through an immense and unshakeable effort.
