Cyberpunk 2077's latest Night City Wire revealed a feature that will let streamersꦅ turn off copyrighted tracks, letting them play the game without having to worry about a DMCA notice.

While the soundtrack in Cyberpunk 2077 is essential to the vibe of Night City, plenty of its music 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:won't fly over on Twitch. The platform has been cracking down on streamers who allow copyrighted tracks to run during their videos, and it's been nothing short of a headache for everyജone involved.

Cyberpunk 2077 is hoping to avoid the issue entirely, by giving the player a way to switch off tracks that might violate any licensing agreements or copyright laws. A feature in the game will "allow you to disable certain copyrighted tracks," and replace them with different music. If you stream from consoles, this feature will kick in automatiཧcally, although PC players can toggle it in the options menu.

While we hope things eventually settle down over on Twitch – letting st﷽reamers broadcast anything within the game they're playing – it's great to see Cyberpunk 2077 being proactive on the legal front. The last thing we'd want to see is hundreds of streamers taken down due to a random DMCA complaint, and folks over on Twitch are probably glad to hear it's one less thing they'll need to worry about when Cyberpunk 2077 drops in December.

Beyond the option to turn off portions of its soundtrack, we also got a look at some ﷽of the artists lending🐷 their sound to Night City. Rat Boy, Grimes, and Run the Jewels all make an appearance, with the latter promising to "provide you with a soundtrack to f***king sh*t up." And – – we think they're right.

Music was a big part of the latest Night City Wire, but we also got a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:look at Keanu Reeves and a brand-new gameplay trailer. This is among the most elaborate voice-over roles Reeves has ever been a part of, but the developers at CD Projekt Red said his performance was "dazzling." We're not sure if that's above or below "breathtaking," but we're excited🌌 to find out.

Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled to release on December 💟10.
