168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is being heralded as the game that we deserved back in 2020, finally completing 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:CD Projekt Red's vision of Night City. Alongside the version 2.0 update, Phantom Liberty overhauls almost everything about the game, from its combat and RPG mechanics, to how its NPCs interact with the world. But that doesn't mean it's without its issues.

Ever since its launch on September 26, the experience on console has been less than stellar. In fact, on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Xbox Series S at least, it feels like the performance has worsened to accommodate all of the changes. From crashes to save files refusing to load, there's been no shortage of complaints from both 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:PlayStation and Xbox users, even after the latest patch hoped t༒o address many of these issues.

Night City has tu𝔍rned me into a scummy landlord and I'm not happy ab🐻out it.

Playing through Phantom Liberty on Xbox Series S right now, I can very confidently say that the game ran much better without the version 2.0 update. This isn't too surprising, given how much new content has been added, but it's led to a return of performance issues more reminiscent of version 1.0, such as textures taking so long to load in that you find yourself walking into invisible objects, and even save files refusing to load. Overall, the framerate seems to have taken a hit too, especially in Dogtown.

This issue isn't exclusive to the less powerful Xbox Series S. In the Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit, numerous fans are complaining of issues on Series X, and even PS5 too. We already knew that PS5 users were having issues with save files💛 corrupting, and unfortunately, the patch that fixed this couldn't restore the saves. However, both platforms seem to have an issue where the game doesn't detect Phantom Liberty being installed, and therefore, won't load any saves made after the expansion was started.

As for Xbox, some have shared on the subreddit. I've experienced this myself, particularly with the player character's skin textures. NPC bodies can also be found levitating, although this may be an issue with whatever item they're sitting on not loading correctly. Other than this, the incorrect clothing is also showing up on V for whatever reason, usually fixing itself after I open the inventory screen.

With this in mind, CD Projekt Red still has a way to go to give Phantom Liberty the same level of polish that the base game had prior to the version 2.0 update. The game is still getting support, even if it's not getting another expansion, so hopefully, we won't be waiting much longer.
