During this quest, you will finally raid the Clouds building in order to take over the company, with the help of Judy Alvarez and Maiko Maeda. However, Maiko might have something else in mind, and you'll face an unexpected proposal during the climax of 'Pisces'.
How To Start Pisces
Pisces kicks off after you finish the 'Talkin' 'Bout A Revolution' quest. You'll need to wait six in-game hours until Judy texts you, and then another six-hour period will pass before you can begin this quest, as long as you have previously agreed to help her.
If for whatever reason you refused Judy's request, you can still give her a call to prevent getting locked out of her questline.
Meet Judy at the H8 Megabuilding at around 4pm, and once you arrive you'll officially start the raid. Head down on the elevator and take out the three guards, so Judy can direct you to the other elevator up to the rooftop.
You will begin at the roof of the building, and you must infiltrate into the penthouse by dropping down onto the balcony, where a guard is patrolling. Take him out quickly and head inside, where you will find four more guards that you can easily take out by using stealth attacks.
If you're having trouble getting in, look into one of the penthouse's outside walls, and there should be a shutter that you can manually open.
Infiltrate The Penthouse
Press onward, and once you get to Hiromi's office, there will be three different outcomes for you to choose from. Pay careful attention, as this will determine whether or not you'll end up fighting the Tyger Claws, the future of Clouds, and your ability to finish Judy's questline.
