The netrunner build in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077 is incredibly powerful. It allows you to interact not only with your enemies from afar by dealing devastating damage, but also with your environment by distracting your opponents, opening doors, and shutting down security systems. There are few things hacking can't achieve, which just goes to show how 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:overpowered of a build it is.
However, like with every build, power is dependent on how well you level up your perks within the Quickhacking perk tree. There's quite a bit to choose from, and while most of them are immensely useful for any netrunner, there is a handful that are the bread and butter of a deadly and stealthy hacker V.

Biosynergy is divided into three levels. The first one allows you to recover four RAM units in a minute, then eight, and then finally 12.
