Ever since 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077 launched, players have had a ton of requests. Some of those have actually been realised, with the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:usable metro system and ✃a portable radio. However,🌳 one of these would be a much larger undertaking: a third-person camera mode.
Alas, it looks like anyone waiting on this shouldn't get their hopes up. A fan 𒆙asked the social media team if we're going t🤪o get third-person in a future Cyberpunk 2077 update, and the answer is pretty definitive: there are no plans for this right now.
Sorry, Cyberpunk 2077 Fans, It Looks Like We're Not Getting A Third-Person Camera Option
What is interesting about this response is that it isn't ruling out further updates down the line (one of which 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:may have already been teased), but it does make it clear that the devs aren't working on a third-person perspective as part of potential෴ updates.
It's easy to see why. Everything in the game, from traversal to conversation to combat, was designed with first-person in mind. Even if conversations with NPCs locked us into first person, that could be jarring, since V is able to leave most conversations by just walking away, so🌃 the camera would be zooming in and out depending on our proximity to an NPC. Then, for combat, there's a fair bit that would have to be reworked to make sure we can still aim our guns and land hits with melee attacks.
Cyberpunk 2077 was actually going to be third-person at ꧑some stage in development, but this was scrapped. A couple of years back, we heard that it was yet to be d🙈ecideꦗd if Cyberpunk 2 would be first-person or not. We don't ♊k🐻now if this has been locked in just yet, but either way, CDPR is well aware of the demand for third-person by now.
In any case, a new update dropped this week, improving pho🐻to mode, traversal, ♕and adding new content. The new update is accessible on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. It is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 at a later✅ date, but 𓄧like all new updates, it will be skipping last-gen.
