Cyberpunk 2077 didn’t provide anyone with pr𓄧e-order bonuses because CD Projekt Red wants to ensure everyone plays their game🏅 with the “same content.”

Those of you that pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 might have noticed something a little strange: there was no mention of any sort of pre-order bonuses. In today’s era of gaming, developers and publishers almost universally offer some sort of incentive to get gamers to buy their game, sight unseen. Those can include exclusive co🐈ntent like skins or costumes, bonuses to early-game progression, or some powerful starting gear, but there’s generally something other than the game itself convincing people to open their wallets early.

Not CD Projekt Red. Just as with Witcher 3, tꩲhe Polish developer doesn’t believe in offering anyone incentives to buꦫy their games. Instead, you just get the game.

For the precise reasoning why we turn to a where a fan directly messaged CDPR to ask if there would be any pre-order bonus content. They replied, saying: "No, we don't do that. Every person that buys the game gets exactly the same in-game content, no matter if the♚y buy it in pre-orders on release date, or 2 years later."

While Cyberpunk 2077 won’t ship with any pre-🍰order bonus content, they do sell special editions with loads of bonus loot (although none of it is in-game) and physical copies come with more stuff packed inside.

With every Cyberpunk 2077 disc purchased, the case will come with postcards, stickers, and a map of Night City. In addition, physical copies also get all the same loot as the digital version, which includes the soundtrack, wallpapers, a digital Cyberpunk 2020 Sourcebook, and art booklet.

Those that shell out for the $199 Collector's Edition get all the previous stuff as well as a 10-inch statuette of V, a hardcover art book, a full world compendiu🐭m, and even more goodi👍es.

N♛one of this requires your money right this second to acquire as they come standard with every version of the game sold, but there is a limited supply of Collector’s Editions out there😼, so you could consider that a sort of pre-order bonus. Sort of.

Cyberpunk 2077 comes out April 15th, 2019 on PC, Xbo𒁏x One, and PlayStatℱion 4.
