Netflix has finally announced the release window for its highly-anticipated 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Cyberpunk 2077 anime, Cyberpu🍌nk: Edgerunners. While a specific release date wasn't revealed, we did learn that the show will be 10 episodes long and w🎃ill drop at some point in September later this year.
Accompanying the announcement was a brand new teaser trailer showing off some more clips of Edgerunner in all its bright, neon glory. As much as we'd love the trailer to give us a further in-depth look at a potential story, it only contains a few gorgeous shots of an anime veܫrsion of Night City, while the rest is all franctic, chaotic action in that iconic Studio Trigger art style we've all come to expect.
Of course, this isn't the first we've heard of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, but you'd be forgiven if you thought it was. The show was 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:first announced back in 2020, before the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 itself, but we've heard very little about it over the two years since its reveal. The last we saw of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a few very small snippets in a trailer for Netflix's 🦂Geeked Week 2022 that was 🤪uploaded last month.
There are a few bits of info we got during the shows intitial announcement though. As previously stated, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is being made by Studio Trigger, the same studio behind anime such as Kill la Kill and Little Witch Academia. We also know that Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red is working closely with Studio Trigger, and that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka is working on original music for♕ the show.
Speaking of Cyberpunk 2077, the game's official Twitter account and Quest Director Pawel Sasko having been having a bit of fun on Twitter, hinting at a future update that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:c𒁏ould include the much-requested transmog system fans have been crying out for. Both Sasko and the Cyberpunk 2077 Twitte💦r account replied with eyes emojis to a player frustrated by the lack of a transmog system, hinting that CD Projekt Red may have something to share soon.
