There are dozens of presents in the game, though, and the system can be rather confusing as many of the presents aren't the type of item you would think a character would be into. To help simplify the process of getting and giving presents, the guide below goes over where you can obtain them and what everyone's favorite gifts are.

Where to Buy Presents

all danganronpa trigger happy havoc characters

Presents can be purchased from the gift shop on the bottom floor of the school using Monocoins. You will obtain Monocoins throughout the game as you complete trials, find hidden items, and check out your surroundings. This does rely on a bit of RNG as you don't select the present; you just put the coins in the machine and see what pops out. It's best to use several coins in the same run, as purchasing back-to-back items lowers your chance of dupes.

Luckily, every character has sever♊al different types of items they like, making the process ▨a bit easier.
