168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Deity is a strategy JRPG made by western developers at Sword & Axe LLC. The game is clearly inspired by the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem series, particularly the GBA-era for its sprite animations, and the Radiant duology for its gameplay elements. While the older Fire Emblem games served as the source of inspiration, the end product innovates on the formula in some respects allowing for more expansive class customization, different yet comparable to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Dark Deity has a flexible upgrade system blooming out of the six initial classes. Definitively stating which class in the game is the best would be rather reductive. There are a plethora of variables that the player needs to consider such as character traits, stat growth chance, weapon and armor types when answering this question. As such, our criteria for 'Best Class' will center around which choices won't require scrupulous optimization to make for a smooth playthrough.
10 Prophet
Prophets are the reliable healers of the game. A humble yet crucial part of any squad. While there isn't much to be said about the Prophet, not having them on your team - while not impossible, thanks to the Grave Wound mechanic - would make for a challenging playthrough of the game in the long run.
It's worth mentioning that, unlike with other class types, all of the Tier 2 Cleric classes are viable build-paths. However, to maximize the healing capabilities it's advisable to follow the straightforward path of specs for the Priest, as this gives more utility via an additional tile of range on healing spells.
Suggested character(s): Maren, Samara, Faust.
9 Phantom
Phantoms, unlike their Cleric contemporaries, focus on damaging and out-speeding theirཧ opponents. They have decent passives - Ethereal helps them stay alive in sticky situations, while Reaper is good at layering on the damage. However, it n🎉eeds to be said that these skills are highly situational.
The build path into Phantom is a simple one - just choose Acolyte at Tier 2. This is because Acolyte is the only available class that's centered around dealing damage and has the benefit of solid Speed growth. Then as soon as Tier 3 becomes available, transfer over into Phantom.
Suggested character(s): Lincoln.
8 ⭕ 🅠 Astral Seeker
An underground class in an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:underground JRPG. Unlike its Adept brethren who are based on the anime monk archetype, the Astral Seeker is a bruiser. This class is great because it's got grit, being able to both tank and rack up decent DPS.
To make the most out of the Astral Seeker class, it's necessary to first become one with its antithesis: Gale. While it lacks the bulkiness of Reverie, it compensates with its crits and crucial build-up of the Speed stat, which is necessary for a fully functional bruiser. The trend of having a decent Speed base will become apparent.
Suggested character(s): Thae'lanel.
7 Paladin
Paladin is the best class to fit the tank role. It has the Indomitable skill which reduces damage taken over 20 percent of their max HP by half. Essentially, Paladins can survive several encounters while the rest of the squad strategically repositions. The Paladin's main growths are in Fortitude, Strength, and HP, and while they may not hit very often, when they do manage to land a strike, it packs quite a punch.
There are two viable ways to build into Paladin. The well-rounded approach sees the player go down the Inquisitor path for their solid stat foundation. However, if building a wall is the end 🌜goal then Guardian should be the choice. What it lacks in versatility, Guardian makes up for in having a strong focus on Regeneration and Defense.
Suggested character(s): Vesta.
6 Wizard
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Wizards are an RPG staple proficient at blowing people up. Their immense damage out𝔍put is sup🐼plemented by reliable hit rates. Distilled to its most basic state, the Wizard class can be considered as the magical equivalent of a Sniper.
The Mage class-path has two excellent options at Tier 2: Magician and Arcanist. They both skew towards🤡 damage-dealing but offer slightly different things. Magicians are speedy and can double. On the other hand, Arcanists tip heavily towards single-shot damage output. To have your Wizard become a glass cannon in their own right then Arcanist is suggested.
Suggested character(s): Alden.
5 Illusionist 😼
In Strategy RPGs Movement is key, not to be confused with Speed. The former is about the number of tiles a unit covers during their turn, the latter is whether ♍they have a chance to attack twice. Not only do Illusionists get monstrous 90 percent Speed growths, but they are also the most mobile magical class, covering plenty of distance atop their flying carpets. As the name implies, Illusionists are quite slippery and can avoid AoE spells due to the Mirror Images skill.
We suggest Magician as the🐽 path towards the Illusionist. It offers both Speed and Magic growths resulting in high damage output, not to mention th🐠e act of weaving spells in between intricate evasive maneuvers conjures up a spectacular mental image. However, if damage is more your speed then Arcanist is serviceable second choice.
Suggested character(s): Alden, Sloane, Liberty.
4 Sniper
Snipers are 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:capable and efficient ranged fighters. They will reduce the opponent's army at an alarming rate. Sniper's strength comes from having the combination of three tile attack ranges and astronomical damage output. Pierce-type damage inherent to the Sniper stays relevant throughout the whole length of the game. Their downside is that they can still be countered at any range by certain units.
Archers are a good stepping stone - they function as Sniper-lite because they will dispose of most enemies in a single shot throughout the mid-game. However,🐼 the more adventurous players could try Striders or Drifters. The Strider class offers the best all-around stat growths, while Drifters have sweet crit-centric class skills.
Suggested character(s): Garrick, Sophia, Caius, Rose.
3 Windrunner ಌ
The Adept class family rides on the rule of cool. Chief among them are the Windrunners who remain the complete package while simultaneously far outclassing their peers in sheer destructive force. T﷽hey have great stats across the board and very high critical rates, meaning they consistently serve massive platters of damage. All these pros consꦑolidated into one unit make Windrunner the master of doubling.
Building from Gale is the recommended path due to the wealth of stat growths, thrust-type damage, and its class skills: Swiftwind and S💞torm Strike. All of this in combination with Blue wea🎶pons (low weight and critical affinity) make for the most potent Tier 2 class in the game.
Suggested character(s): Bianca.
2 Trickster
Trickster is an immensely powerful class. They are practically unkillable but are good at the task themselves. Tricksters are proficient at dodging and countering which is very potent during late-game. They also tend to disregard the opponent's defense and can disarm units from several tiles away.
While Trickster is easily the best amongst the Rogue classes, the path to one is quite flexible. All tier 2 Rogues bring something to the table. Thieves and Tricksters a🏅re cut from the same cloth - they can disarm, have decent Speed, and do ♉pierce-type damage. Raiders are mounted units with the best all-around stats. Stalkers are good at assassinating the enemy dꦦue to their Cruel Efficiency class skill which will guarantee a 100 percent hit rate on any enemy at the 20 percent HP threshold.
Suggested character(s): Cia, Corvan, Ford, Wren.
1 💦 Dragon Knight
168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Knight is the king of the game. It's a flying unit that covers nine tiles of Movement, has amazing stats, and has a two-tile attack range. Thanks to the Doomclaw and Fireheart class skills, it's possible to make ranged attacks more potent than melee by equipping Red and Yellow weapons. Dragon Knights can square up against any armor type due to having access to fire, thrust, and magical damage types.
The suggested path is to upgrade to Dragoon, as it has unmatched Speed growth. Although its strength may be lacking, the ability to double enemies more than makes up for that. It also has an affinity for crits with its class skill. However, if you'd rather hone in on having a good stat foundation, then Knight is a viable second choice.
Suggested character(s): Irving, Alexa.
