Covenants offer an additional layer to gameplay in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Souls II. They’re designed to give players more things to do, special rewards, and some give incentives for participating in PVP combat. Each Covenant essentially caterꦡs to a particular playstyle whatever that may be.

That being said the Covenants are♏n’t all created equal. Some offer great rewards only obtainable through the covenant while others offer meager rewards found readily in the game. There’s also the problem that some Covenants are harder to rank in than oꦯthers. To determine which Covenant is right for you here’s a ranking of the best Covenants in the game with explanations why they’re good or bad.

9 🍬 Way Of The Blue 🐼

Way of the Blue is a covenant focused on co-op gameplay. Known as the covenant of the meek, this covenant is perfect for🎃 players who are sick and tired of being invaded. Whenever a player of this covenant is invaded, players belonging to the Blue Sentinels can show up and help defend꧋ them from invaders.

It’s easy to rank up and that layer of protection is nice, but that’s about all𒈔 the player gets in the way of perks. The rewards are all things readily foundꦡ in the game world making them largely irrelevant. It’s nice for players who want to be left alone and that’s it.

8 🥃 🌺 Company of the Champions

The Company of the Champions is a PVE based covenant that makes the game significantly harder. Every enemy and boss will deal more damage, have more health and better damage resistances. It also removes co-op gameplay, NPC summons, and phantoms are more likely to invade. It’s also a grind to get Awestones to rank up as only a dozen or so en🐽emy types will drop them.

The trade-off, apart from hollow bragging rights, are items like the Vanquishers Seal ring that boosts unarmed damage significantly. The First Dragon Ring is also helpful for bo𒆙osting HP, Stamina and equipment lo🥂ads but there are easier ways to get one.

7 🍌 🎐 Brotherhood of Blood

Brotherhood of Blood is a PVP covenant based on invasions. Players will duel other players in one of three arenas. It’s a great way to farm for souls assuming the player consistently wins the engagements. This covenant will also give great rewards like Great ⭕Chaos Fireball and Gren’s armor and scythe.

The downside is to receive every award and get the highest ranking the player will need to win 500 f𓂃ights to get 500 rank points. Adding to the absurd grind is the fact that every loss sets the player back a rank point. The rewards received are also found in NG++ which some players consider easier to achieve. There’s also the constant threat of bein💎g hunted by Blue Sentinels when the player’s sin level reaches 10, which is really easy to do in this Covenant.

6 Rat King

The Rat King covenant is focused on PVP gameplay with the idea of defending a particular area from invaders. Players can utilize Pharros’ Lockstones to open do🌄ors that make this dungeon harder to infiltrate making it easier for Rat King members to get the drop on invaders.

The covenant is all about poison and stealth, the ultimate reward is the Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring which makes the player silent while walking/running. The ability to farm infinite Lockstones and Smooth &aไmp; Silky Stones is a nice perk as well.

5 🔴 Blue Sentinels ꦏ

Blue Sentinels is another PVP Covenant focused on invasions. This Covenant is tasked with protecting members of the Way of the Blue by going to their🎶 world and killing the invader harassing them. They can also use Cracked Blue Eye Orbs to hunt down sinners and wretches in their world to kill them.

It’s great for farming souls and a lot easier than Brotherhood as there’s no way to lose standing. The rewards are nice like Bountiful Sunlight, a helpful AOE healing spell, and Targray’s armor set. Keeping a supply of Tokens of Infiꦕdelity to affords duels is annoying and Cracked Blue Eye Orbs are only farmable in NG+.

4 ไ 🌞 Bell Keepers

Bell Keepers is perhaps the best PVP invasion-based covenant. In this Covenant players can alternate between defending their bell towers or invading other worlds to attack their bell tower. Every time t🐼he player kills another player they’ll receive a random upgrade item🦩 like Titanite Chunk or Petrified Dragon Bone in addition to souls making it a great Covenant for upgrading lots of items.

The downside to this Covenant 🎶is that both Blue Sentinels and Brotherhood will hunt members. It’s also common to attack another Bell Tower only to get swarmed by the Host’s summons.

3 🔯 ༺ Heirs Of The Sun

Perhaps the best-known Covenant in the game is also one of the best. Heirs of the Sun is focused on co-op play rewarding its member for helping others places fight through an area or defeat a boss. This is a great way to get a ton of souls and practice 🃏harder areas for the player’s own world.

The rewards are also good with the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sun Sword, perhaps the best straight sword in the game and the lethal Sunlight Spear miracle. The only reason it doesn’t rank higher is that the rewards could be bet♊ter and constan🌃tly getting summoned by other players can get annoying.

2 💛 Dragon Remnant

Dragon Remnant🎉s is🃏 perhaps the best PVP based Covenant in the game according to players. It’s focused around dueling one on one with other players without any invasions or complicated mechanics. The rewards are also some of the best in the game.

At full rank players can equip the entire Great Black Drag♋on set and wield the Black Dragon Greatsword, very powerful items that aren’t outclassed until later in the game. The one downside is that the armor cannot be removed once equipped until the player dies, which can be annoying when a better set is encountered.

1 Pilgrims✤🅷 Of The Dark

Perhaps the best ✤Covenant in the game is the PVE based Pilgrims of the Dark. This Covenant is unique in that it grants players access to a series of cha꧒llenges in an exclusive area called the Dark Chasm of Old. Clearing these three interesting areas will give the player max ranking and access to incredible rewards.

The player receive the good Xanthous Set, a Dragon Chime that has the highest casting speed in the game, the powerful Climax Hex that deals incredible damage, and permanent access to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Chasm for farming purposes, which is a great way to get infinite Bonfire Ascet🅘ic. The Chasm can be difficult to clear and the Climax Hex cos💟ts a lot of souls, but this is a great Covenant all around that adds more to the game as well.
