Make your way to the Dragon's Sanctum area, running past the two spear-wielding enemies that guard the bridge. You want to navigate to the hidden room with three Twinkling Titanites in a chest. Look for a panel on one of the walls you can shoot to reveal the hidden area. If you find a set of stairs rigged with spike tracks, you're in the right place.

Grab the Twinkling Titanite, head back to the bonfire, then use a B🔥onfire Ascetic to reset the area. This will reset the chest, allowing you to convert a Bonfire Ascetic 💙into three Twinkling Titanites each run.
