168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Souls was by no means the first game with asynchronous multiplayer. FromSoftware's own Demon's Souls was a worthy predecessor in that regard, but Dark Souls truly expanded upon it in incredible ways, and the use of Covenants for its multiplayer was one of them.
Throughout the original Dark Souls, you could join many different c𝐆ovenants. Some were more secretivꦇe than others, but they almost always revolved around multiplayer in some way, be it PvE or PvP. And though they all had their own merit, there were some that rose above, to truly change the way you played the game.
9 Way Of White ꦉ
Given to Clerics and Knights at the very beginning of the game, and acquired by others upon reaching Firelink Shrine, the Way of White is almost an introductory Covenant. It makes it easier for fellow followers to match up for co-op, makes Miracle Resonance more common, and seems to🌄 de-prioritize you for invasions.
In short, it's a great way to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:let you get used to the game while you find your feet, or give you the means to help out others who might be in need. That said, it doesn't fundamentally add anything new to the flow of the game, and likely would only be used on early runs.
8 ൩ Princess G🦩uard
The Princess Guard Covenant is almost entirely an improvement over the Way of White Covenant, though it can't be encountered until much later in the game, and certain actions can cut you off from accessing it entirely.
Like the Way of White, it matches you up with fellow followers more easily and boosts Miracle Resonance. It also grants you access to unique healing miracles that allow you to heal your whole party, effectively allowing you to function as a 🌞healer.
7 ♉ Path Of The Dragon
There's no feeling quite like the first time you step into Ash Lake, gaze upwards and hear the music change to match the awe you're feeling. Ash Lake is magnificent enough as is, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:until you encount🐭er the Everlasting Dragon and join the Path of the Dragon.
Path of the Dragon grants you access to unique dragon transformations while in the covenant, and allows you to duel other members for a dragon♒ scale used to🍬 level up the covenant. Unlike others however, you can still use the Dragon Head and Torso stone after leaving the covenant, though lose an easy path to dragon scales.
6 Chaos Servant 🦩
Just past Quelaag's Domain, blocked by Eingyi, stands her sister, the Daughter of Chaos. Joining her covenant grants you access to powerful pyromancies. Though uniquely, it features no multiplayer features whatsoever.
The covenant is a must-have for pyromancers as it delivers incredible chaos🅘 pyromancies. Leveling up the covenant also unlocks a shortcut into Lost Izalith, which just so happens to be the only legitimate way of saving Solaire, should you so wish.
5 🍸 Gravelord Servant 💫
The Dark Souls series has always loved playing around with covenants, though there is still nothing quite like the Gravelord Servant. Easily missable and even easier to lock yourself out𝕴 of, Gravelord Servants serve Nito by cursing t🦋he worlds of other players with Eyes Of Death.
Upon using an Eye of Death, you curse the worlds of three random players, spawning powerful red phantoms in their world and your own moving summon sign. Defeat them, and you gain more Eyes of Death. Even in losing, you can know you've caused immeasurable chaos without having set foot in their world.
4 Blade Of The Dark Moon 🧔
The concept of "Sin" is common in the Souls games, which can be absolved by the Goddess Velka for a cost. Sin comes in many forms, be it killing friendly NPCs or invading other players. Blades of the Dark Moon, adherents of Dark Sun Gwyndolin, are your ex𓂃ecutioners.
While in the covenant, you may invade those who have committed sin, be it in their own world, or that of others. Only in their defeat will they be absolved of sin and removed from the Book of the Guilty. This﷽ covenant also gives you access to the Dark Moon Talisman, one of the most powerful in the game.
3 🍰 Forest Hunter
Deep within the Darkroot Woods is the Darkroot Garden, home of the grave of Artorias, as well as the gr🍌eat cat Alvina. Speaking to Alvina allows you to join the Forest Hunters, great protectors of the Darkroot Gar🧸den who fend off trespassers.
Uponꦫ wearing the ring of the covenant, you will b🌠e queued up to invade as a hunter to anyone who enters the forest. This can be powerful for PvP, giving you a guaranteed arena to fight in, but also rewards you with many upgrade materials, as well as having no betrayal penalties for leaving the covenant.
2 ൩ Darkwraith
Darkwraiths are fearsom🍸e foes, buried in the ruins of New Londo. You may join them by allying with Darkstalker Kaathe. Like the wretched protectors of huꩲmanity, Kaathe gives you the Dark Hand to steal the humanity of others.
He also grants you😼 the Red Eye Orb, an item that allows you to invade the worlds of others infinitely so long as you remain in the covenant. Each rank of the covenant also makes your dark hand steal even more humanity, making you the bane of any poor soul you invade.
1 Warrior Of Sunlight 💝
It is impossible to know Dark Souls and not Solaire, seeing as how fans treat him as if he's the face of the game. A proud warrior of Sunlight himself, he can be summoned for multiple fights if you join his covenant🌸, and other followers may join in as well.
Though the camaraderie is good enough, the covenant also grants you access to powerful lightning mi𝓰racles, the most powerful of which becomes inaccessible if you leave the covenant. But with your unique golden summoning aura and powerful miracles, why would you ever dream of leaving?
