It should be easier than ever to get stuck in, which is perfect for a Souls fan - practically every Dark Souls was a soft reboot of the last, telling a whole new story.
There's very little hostility and gatekeeping, as the general sentiment seems to be that of fans welcoming others into their hobby, excited to see so many new people pumped about a lesser-known From game. It's a nice break from the toxicity of the internet - a wholesome, mushier, outcome for a change.
