168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Darkest Dungeon sees you venturing into your family estate with ꦆyour party of chosen heroes. In the depths await treasures, horrors, and plenty of bosses. The estate is split into various dungeons, and you'll discover different enemy types based on the area you are in.
The Weald is home to lots of Human and Eldtritch type enemies, and one of the bosses you will encounter there is the Brigand Pounder. Like all bosses, it has three different versions of varying difficulty and its name changes slightly to reflect this. Here's our recommended strategy on how to beat the Brigܫand Pounder.
Brigand Pounder Boss Fight Strategy
Make sure all of your party members are well-equipped and be sure to bring along enough provisions and torches as the boss fight is usually in the final room on the map.
When it comes to your party setup, we recomme🍌nd using the following heroes:
- Vestal: Best choice for your healer.
- Bounty Hunter: Can Stun, Mark, and has bonus damage against Human enemies.
- 2x Hellion/Leper/Abomination: DPS to take out two front positions.
The Brigand Pounder is an Ironwork enemy type and it is resistant to all debuffs and afflictions and cannot be moved or stunned.
The Brigand Pounder will always be in position two and the other three positions will be☂ filled with Human adds. The Brigand Pounder will use "Reinforcements!" every round to replenish any adds you have killed.
One of the adds will always be a Brigand Matchman, who generally takes up one of the back two positions. This add is important, as without it the Brigand Pounder has no attack of its own. The Brigand Matchman will use "Fire in the Hole!" to use the Brigand Pounder to attack your entire party. This attack causes a huge amount of damage to all of your heroes, and while there is a small chance it will misfire, your best bet is to ensure the Brigand Poﷺunder isn't used at all.
We recommend bringing along a Bounty Hunter as he is the best hero for stunning. Stunning the Brigand Matchman will give you a couple of turns to kill him, after which you can rinse and repeat with the next Matchman.
You should have two heroes dedicated to tackling the Brigand Pounder. As it doesn't really have a weakness, you should just bring along a couple of꧑ heroes who can deal good DPS to the two front positions to whittle down the cannon's HP. Your Bounty Hunter can Mark the Brigand Pounder and help to kill it when he's done with the Matchman. Additionally, if 𝐆you bring along a Hellion, they can reach position four and can help to take down the Matchman if you're struggling.
We recommend bringing along a Vestal as a healer as even without the Brigand Pounder attacking, some of the adds can deal some decent damage to your heroes.
