The Darksiders series took the idea of the End Times and made it happen before the Four Horsemen could really do anything. First, it was War and Death trying to get things back in order, but now it’s up to Fury in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Darksiders 3 to bring some order to this chaos.
Though not much is known about her, Fury’s main goal is to eliminate t♛he Seven Deadly Sins that have broken free and have started to ravage the world. Gluttony is just one of the monstrous beings that you’ll have to contend ꦑwith if you want to bring back any sort of balance.
Who Is Gluttony?
As the name states, Gluttony is the physical embodiment of the associated sin. He is defined by his endless appetite and is constantly seeking to fill t✅he emptiness that exists within himself. ﷽He is able to consume anything and anyone with little to no difficulty.
He is also able to conjure tempting illusions to trap his prey and seeks to consume the Horsemen. He is a mass of teeth and tentacles, which he’ll use to deadly effect. He tries to trick Fury but she sees through his ploy and engages hiꦅm in battle, further enraged by the fact that he ate her horse.
Gluttony First Form
Gluttony has two forms during this fight. The first one fights you in a large square chamber and appears as a large tentacle with a claw at the end. The claw can open to♐ reveal Gluttony’s torso, face, several jaws, and tentacles.
- Gluttony is always vulnerable to attack but will take more damage while his body is exposed.
- When the claw closes, Gluttony will prepare to do a large sweeping attack which can be avoided by getting out of range. He attacks with two sweeps before slamming the tentacle down like a hammer.
- When the claw opens, Gluttony will use faster strikes with smaller tentacles. He’ll do a couple of swipes before a far-reaching thrust attack. You can avoid these attacks by dodging them at the right moment.
- Occasionally, the large tentacle will face towards the ceiling and spit out several large projectiles. These will slowly home in on your location so simply keep moving to avoid getting hit.
- Finally, Gluttony’s most dangerous attack is when the claw opens and he’ll attempt to suck you in. Move and dodge backward to avoid getting eaten.
Gluttony Second Form
After Gluttony loses about half his health, he’ll destroy the floor and drop Fury into a body of water. He’ll take the form of a huge head at one end o🐟f the pool and have tentacles on either side.
- In order to damage Gluttony, you’ll need to swim to the sides of the pool to find bomb spawners. Get close enough for the bomb to follow you and keep leading it around. When Gluttony tries to suck you in, get out of the way and let him eat the bomb.
- In this form, Gluttony has limited attacks. His main one is that he’ll quickly charge at you so watch how his head moves and then get out of his way.
- He’ll also try to hit you with the large tentacles on the sides of the pool. If you get in range, he’ll lift his tentacle up and bring it down on you. You can dodge this easily, but be careful that it doesn’t destroy the bomb.
- This form also has a suction attack, which is easy to avoid and can be used to damage him.
