Players of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dead by Daylight were united with The Plague — alongside survivor Jane Romero — in March of 2019 duri🔯ng the release of chapter ‘Demise of the Faithful.’
The Plague, also known as Adiris, is a ferocious killer who infects survivors using her own vomit (hence the name of The Plague). Mastering playing as The Plague is certainly worthwhile but requires learning how to make the most of her power and more importantly, a lot of p🏅atience.
The Plague’s Power
The Plague’s power is Vile Purge.
This power allows her to ౠprojectile vomit on survivors and put them into the infected state. Her vomit can also be used to infect generators, vaults, pallets, and lockers for a limited time too. If a survivor touches one of t🎉hese in that time, they will then become infected without having come into contact with The Plague.
The infected state will make survivors vomit, causing them to infect objects that they touch too, as well as making eꦬven more noise for The Plague to use to det♐ect them. The infected status, unless cleansed, can prevent survivors from doing almost anything.
Survivors will also have a sickness meter following being infected. Once this increases to 100 percent, they will have the broken status effect and 🔴be unable to heal themselves unless they cleanse in one of the Pools of Devotion scattered aro⛎und the map.
If a survivor chooses to cleanse themselves of sickness, The Plague෴ can collect the now-bloody pool and be granted a special ability on top of her power, known as Corrupt Purge. This transforms her vomit from green🅰 to black, and for a limited amount of time, will injure the survivors she vomits on — knocking already injured survivors into the dying state.
The Plague’s Perks
Corrupt Intervention - This perk blocks the generators🦹 furthest from you, the killer, from being worked on at the beginning of the match for 80/100/120 seconds. The perk is unlocked as a teachable perk, available in the bloodwebs of all other killers, at level 30.
Infectious Fright - Once you put a survivor into the dying state, all other survivors that are within your terror radius will s𒐪cream, revealing their locati𒁃on for the next 4/5/6 seconds. The perk is unlocked as a teachable perk at level 35.
Dark Devotion - When you hit your ob💦session with a basic attack, you gain the undetectable status effect for the following 20/25/30 seconds. This will transfer your terror radius to the affected survivor during this time too, confusing and deterring other survivors. It also sets the terror radius to 32 metres. This perk is unlocked as a teachabﷺle perk at level 40.
The Plague’s Best Add-Ons
Black Incense - When a survivor vomits, their🐭 aura will be revealed to you for 6 seconds, no matter wh𓃲ere they are on the map.
Blessed Apple - You start the match with two Pools of Devotion🌜 having already been bloody and corrupted, rather than one.
Vile Emetic - This will considerably increase how effective the power of Vile Purge is, pushing survivors to head into ܫthe broken status sooner or cleanse sooner.
Incensed Ointment - The cooldown 🔜period for the Vile Purge power is moderately reduced, and your movement speed while charging Vile Purge is increased.
Tips For Playing As The Plague
If you can keep players infected and utilize your add-ons and perks efficiently, The Plague can be incredibly difficult to counter as🌠 a survivor.
Here are some tips for playing as The Plague:
- You vomit a lot… so it only takes a little bit to infect a survivor. Vomiting on them further will increase their status of infection.
- When in a chase with infected survivors, actually entice them toward jungle gyms and loops, encouraging them to infect as many vaults and pallets as possible.
- You can also track infected survivors when you encounter infected window vaults. Use this to see who was recently nearby.
- In regard to the above, window vaults and pallets are the most opportune moments for accurately vomiting on survivors and not wasting your power. However, be careful; if you are stunned while you have Corrupted Purge, you will lose this power.
- If you hit a survivor with a basic attack and then infect them, they will also instantly heal if and when they cleanse, so be cautious of this.
- If you are aware survivors are near to, or working on, a generator, but you can’t locate them, make sure to vomit on it so that they become infected once they return to it. Paired with the Infectious Fright perk, this can make finding survivors much easier.
- Don’t solely rely on your power. Remember to switch things up and hit them with your basic attack, too.
- Using a perk like Corrupt Intervention can force survivors closer to you, giving you the opportunity to get them infected as soon as possible into the match.
- Corrupt Purge is great for easily injuring survivors from a distance, but don’t spend too much time focusing on it.
- Corrupt Pools of Devotion that are well out of your way should be left alone until you’re closer to them, or when survivors are working on generators or totems closer to them. This means you can get the most out of that ability and not risk wasting it.
Good luck mastering Dead by Daylight's one and only 'Vommy Mommy.'
