That's right: over a year later, they've finally unnerfed Pyramid Head's ass.
In an email to , Marie Claude Bernard at Behaviour Interactive said stood by her earlier statements. "Pyramid Head’s behind was never nerfed. That said, we recently found a bug on The Corrupted outfit. The cloth covering The Executioner had clipping issues which made his butt, well, completely flat. We fixed it and it will be pushed live in our next update on Tu𒅌esday.”

Furthermore, it seems like Behaviour Interactive is keeping a close eye on player reactions to the recent butt-fix. Under the “known issues” section of the patch notes, Behaviour says, “The Executioner's rear may still be too flat." We’ll see what the people say about that.
