Vittorio Toscano is the 34th Survivor released in the game alongside Chapter 26 and The Knight. Ever since he was revealed, the community has bee🍌n eagerly waiting for this beautifully designed character. Just like every other character in the game, Vittorio also comes with his three teachable perks.

An Introduction To Vittorio Toscano

Dead By Daylight Vittorio Cleansing A Totem In Trailer

Born in a family who wanted him to get military training from a Knight, Vittorio Toscano had a different perspective on life. During his training, he refused to resort to violence and believed that every issue can be solved with intellect and debate and that violence is used by cowards.

When his trainer tried to attack him with his pages, Vittorio refused to fight back. Finally, the trainer was enraged and tried to come at Toscano himself. This event ended up with the trainer accidentally stabbing himself, and Vittorio swearing to never pick up a sword again. He dedicated himself to a life of studying ancient runes an🌞d art🐼ifacts with his uncle.

When they were on a verge of a breakthrough, Vittorio employed Tarhos (The Knight) but was betrayed and imprisoned by him. He was just about to succumb to his demise when a fog was created around him, bringing him to The Entity's realm, which is not the paradise he imagined.

Perk Synergies With Potential Energy

Survivors don't get a lot of generator-related perks, but when it happens, they're quite unique. Potential Energy essentially allows you to stock up on repair progress and use it whenever you want. When you've repaired a certain generator for eight seconds without being interrupted, Potential Energy activates.

After activation, you can press the Active Ability two button to stop repairing the generator and start stocking up the progress. You'll gain one token for this perk for every 1.5 percent of repair progress, and you can stack up to 20 tokens. Once you have more than one token, you can press the same button to use up all your tokens and instantly give the generator some progress.

You'll only get one percent of progress for each token while you need 1.5 percent progress to get that token. This means that you'll be missing out on some progress if you're using this perk. You willꦗ also lose all🐭 your tokens if you lose a health state by any means.

Furthermore, perks like Flashbang or Wiretap don't work when you're using Potential Energy. The progres🌺sion of these perks will stop as soon as you star🌟t stacking your repair progress, but you will get some progression instantly when you deposit the tokens.

Here are a few perk synergies you can try out 🔴with Potenti🌠al Energy:

Hyper Focus

Whenever you hit a great skillcheck with Hyper Focus, the perk will get a token. Each token you possess increases the repair progress you can get by 30 percent of its base value. You can still get skillchecks when you're stacking up progress with Potential Energy.

These skillchecks count as Hyper Focus, and you can easily get 20 tokens if you get enough skillchecks. Al🌠though, you w🗹ill lose some tokens if you miss the skillcheck.

Sprint Burst

At this point, it's a known fact that some generators can spawn in complete dead zones, making them dangerous to repair. If you're trying to get this perk's stacks on one of these generators, you need a way to escape the area if the Killer comes without getting injured.

Sprint Burst lets you run at 150 percent speed for a few seconds whenever you want, which lets you get to a loop nearby if the Killer c🌳omes.

Fast Track

Talking about getting quick generator progress, Fast Track gives you three tokens every time one of your teammates is hooked. When you hit a great skillcheck on a generator, all these tokens get consumed to give one percent genera🐭tor progress each.

If you have the maximum tokens possible for both Fast Track and Potential Energy, you can get 47 percent of a generator's progress instantly. Since this ꧙is quite hard to accomplish, you can always use these two perks more dynamically in a game.

Overzealous

Every time you cleanse a totem, you will get an eight percent boost to your generator repair speed, double if you cleanse a Hex totem. This boost also gets deactivated if you lose a health state, which makes the perk synerg🎉ize with Potential Energy more.

Perk Synergies With Fogwise

Dead By DAylight Vittorio Hand With Fogwise Perk Icon

Whenever you hit a great skillcheck while repairing a generator, Fogwise allows you to see the Killer's aura for six seconds. Normally, you'd expect a perk like this to have a cooldown, but Fogwise doesn't have any. Ideally, you can see the Killer throughout the time you're working on a generator if you get lucky.

The Undetectable status effect prevents the Killer from having their aura revealed. Stealth Killers like Ghostface, Michael Myers, and The Pig can easily counter this perk. Moreover, some perks also make the Killer Undetectable.

The synergies with Fogwise are limited, but they can heavily affect the perk's impact:

Hyper Focus

Looks like the developers wanted some synergistic perks with Hyper Focus when they were thinking about Vittorio's teachables. Both Hyper Focus and Fogwise incentivize you to hit a great skillcheck.

Moreover, you can also get an extra four percent chance of getting a skillcheck for every stack of Hyper Focus, even though it also makes the skillcheck go quicker.

Object Of Obsession

While this doesn't exactly synergize with Fogwise, it can help you if the Killer is tunneling another Survivor. Whenever you hit a great skillcheck with Fogꦜwise, the Killer will also be able to see 🌸you repairing the generator because of Object Of Obsession.

Even if they're planning to tunnel a certain Survivor, it will incentivize them to disturb you on the generator.

Stake Out

This perk converts your good skillcheck into a great skillcheck if you have a token for it, and you can get up to four tokens if you stay in the killer's terror radius without getting detected. This makes it much easier to get Fogwise value, especially if you're also running Hyper Focus.

Fogwise and Potential Energy are the two Vittorio perks that also work well together. You can get the aura to reveal from Fogwise if you hit a great skillcheck while stacking generator repair progress with Potential Energy. Moreovꦯer, toolboxes are also a great addition🍸 to Fogwise.

Perk Synergies With Quick Gambit

Dead By DAylight Vittorio Hand With Quick Gambit Perk Icon

This perk is perfect for people who are confident in their chases, but it's not good if you don't know how to make the most out of pallets and windows. Quick Gambit increases the repair speed of the Survivors within 24 meters of your location if you're getting chased by the Killer.

The perk requires you to stay on a certain tile most times to get value out of it since you'd either have to disturb the people working on a generator or get out of the range if you leave the tile.

It's quite hard to get value out of Quick Gambit itself, and you also don't have any way of knowing how much the perk affected your game. Although, there are a few perks to change that:

Bond

Bond reveals all of your teammates within 36 meters of your location. You can use this information to figure out the tile you need to loop on if you want to get some Quick Gambit value.

Dead Hard

Since you'll most likely be staying on one tile for a long time, you might need an extra health state to avoid going down. Dead Hard als꧂o lets you be more greedy with pallets since you have a secon🅺d chance.

Windows Of Opportunity

While you can see your teammates if you're using Bond, you also need to be able to find loops around them. Windows Of Opportunity reveals all the pallets and windows near you and al🧸lows you to loop efficiently.

Vittorio Toscano's Lore-Based Build

Dead By DAylight Vittorio Toscano Close Rage Shoulder Shot

The lore-based build for Vittorio is quite interesting due to his diverse background, and you're going to get the true experience of playing this character with the build:

Perk Name

Reason For Use

Dead Hard

When Vittorio was fighting his trainer's attacks, he dodged them all perfectly without hitting back. Even when the blow was going to hit him, Toscano was able to parry it. Dead Hard allows you to negate a Killer's attack if you do it at the right time as well.

Plunderer's Instinct

Vittorio always had a keen interest in studying ancient artifacts and finding secrets about the world. With his experience of finding hidden runes, it's only fair for him to see the auras of different chests in the trial.

Low Profile

He refused to give up for a long time even when he was trapped by Tarhos. Low Profile allows him to lose his scratch marks, pools of blood, and grunts of pain when he's the only healthy or injured Survivor in the trial since he refuses to give up.

Kinship

Even when his uncle died after being bitten by a poisonous snake, Vittorio was adamant about carrying his legacy because of the bond he had with his uncle. This m💟꧑akes the perk Kinship perfect for the final slot.
