As you can see🌸 in the reveal video, the War Photogr෴apher DLC gives Frank an outfit that is likely what he wore when he was covering wars before the events of Dead Rising. Instead of his black leather jacket and shirt, this costume gives Frank a war-time press vest, a baseball cap, and some sunglasses, which certainly makes him look the part.

Although Frank's wartime coverage has been referenced many times in Dead Rising since the first game, we've never actually seen anything from it until now. Considering how most of the DLC outfits are Capcom cameos or strange original pieces like the Clown costume, it's a nice touch from Capcom to get something a bit more canon in there as well.
