After nearly a decade, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dead Rising is back. Yesterday, Capcom announced a "Deluxe Remaster&q🅺uot; of 🐲the first game—it's pretty much a remake—and while fans are overjoyed to see what was assumed to be a dead-in-the-ditch series make a surprise comeback, not everyone is happy about the new Frank West design.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The origi📖nal games ar♚e cheaper than ever now, so if you want to see what all the fuss is about, it's the perfect time to give them a try.

"I hate that my first instinct is to complain but everything they've done with Dead Rising for a decade is 'Frank West is BACK!' followed by butchering his face and replacing the voice actor. Please just make him Dan Aykroyd again," .

"I know Frank wasn't the sexiest guy alive but like, c'mon," . Many in the replies were quick to agree, pointing out that "his hairline gets worse and worse every game" and that "he looks a bit derpy" when jumping out of the helicopter.

Others are less fussed about Frank's looks and more concerned with his voice since he has been recast for the upcoming remake. Many were hoping to see return (also known for playing William Birkin in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil and Credo in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Devil May Cry), especially given his enthusiasm for the role, but for whatever reason, that hasn't happened. We don't know who is voicing Frank yet, but they have big shoes to fill.

TJ Rotolo last played Fran🍸k West i🅺n 2017 for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, despite the character having been recast a year earlier for Dead Rising 4 with Ty Olsson stepping into the role.

"[Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster] looks absolutely 'FANT-TASTIC!!!' in the words of the legendary journalist himself, but if there's one thing I [am] DEFINITELY missing already [it's] TJ Rotolo's iconic voice, that man is always Frank West to me," .

Dead Rising Fans Think The New Frank West Looks Closer To The Beta Design

While there's already plenty of controversy over Frank West being recast and his redesign, some fans have pointed out that his new look is incredibly similar to the original beta's.

The most noteworthy similarity is his hairstyle, which is far closer to that scrapped design than the first game's final look. You can see a side-by-side comparison below.

Fans on were quick to highlight this similarity as well, but it's easy to see why Capcom left it on the cutting room floor.

A lot of people have compared him to Shrek, others to Wreck it Ralph, and some have even said he looks like Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri from The Sopranos.

Wherever you stand on Frank-West-gate, it's exciting to see Dead Rising finally making a comeback, and we don't even have to wait that long to get our hands on the remake. It launches later this year.
