If you're playing through the game and hoping to achieve the Golden Loop, you'll probably be avoiding Juliana, the devilish counterpart to Colt's attempts to break the loop. Juliana is the loop's protector, and she will eliminate Colt in order to keep it intact. Look Towards The Antenna

When Juliana enters a stage you'll get an alert, and you'll also be shown where the antenna is in the level. Juliana always brings an antenna with her that locks off your tunnels, so you can't escape from a level. Hack the antenna to open up your exit.
But Juliana also often spawns near the antenna, so if you look in its direction immediately, you'll be able to see if she's likely to make a beeline for you. If you see her coming, get your guns out and make sure there are no Eternalists nearby to ambush you.
Listening For Voicelines
If you're deep in an area, Juliana could be just around the corner, and being aware of where she is will help you in your fight. Luckily, you will be warned when she's nearby. When Juliana is around, you will hear voicelines - and these voicelines are much more noticeable if you keep subtitles turned on for all interactions. Once you see a Juliana voiceline in a subtitle, you'll know she's nearby, even if you didn't actually hear it yourself. This excludes when she's talking to you over the radio, of course.
Get In Close
Juliana is vicious, but you have one advantage that she does not: more than a single life. Once Juliana is down, she stays down, while Colt can keep fighting as long as he has lives left in the tank. Now equip the machete, and you'll find that - just like Eternalists - this is a one-hit-kill against other players. If you have some speed-enhancing trinkets and long Shift warp to get close, you can blindside Juliana and slice her up, ending her reign of terror, before she can even get started.
Prepare In Advance
If you know Juliana is coming for you, you can prepare. Many buildings only have a single entrance, but more than one 𒐪exit. If you can set up turrets in chokepoints, and keep a watchful eye on the entrance, you can get one-up on Juliana and chip away at her health before she even knows where you are - then all you need to do is close in for the kil💝l.
