Aleksis Dorsey is by far the most elusive target in Deathloop. Not only does he only appear Updaam in the evening surrounded by dozens of ♋armed Eternalists, but he and all of his party guests are wearing the exact same wolf mask, making it almost impossible to identify the real Aleksis. If that wasn’t enough, Aleksis can also use the Karnesis slab to through colt around his mansion. If you want to take this target out efficiently, you’ll need to learn how to lure him out.
There are two ways to make Aleksis identify himself at the party, and you can follow either route to ensure a clean kill. You don’t need to necessarily do either of these optional tasks to lure out Aleksis, by they will help you get in and out without having to fight every single person at the party. Finding Aleksis - The Chocolate Beer Method
You&rsquo♕;ll want to equip Aether and Shift for 🥃the fastest, easiest way into and around the mansion. Head to Updaam in the evening and make your way to the party by traveling along the left side of the city. When you get to the compound, you’ll see a small window in between so scaffolding on the far left side just above a steep cliff. Shift into the window and wait there for a moment so you can listen to the conversation between two nearby Eternalists. They will explain that Aleksis only drinks the chocolate beer and he will make a scene if he can’t have any.
Pass through this small room until you’re back outside, then jump over the wall on your right. You’ll find yourself at the base of a narrow stairway with a door right in front of you. Open the door, then enter the door on your i๊mmediate right. It’s a good idea to use Aether right b꧟efore you enter this room because you’ll need to kill both Eternalists without getting spotted. If you’re seen at this point, you likely won’t be able to finish this objective.
Once they’re killed, head down the stairs at the front of the room. Use a silent weapon to shoot the lasers blocking your path, then crawl forward until you get to the tanks of chocolate beer on your left. Yoꦬu’ll need to disarm a couple of proximity mines along the way either by interacting with them when you get close our using the hacking trinket to hack them. When you get to the chocolate beer, turn the red crank wheel to turn o🔯ff the tap.
IT won’t take long for Aleksis to show up and make a scene about the beer. If you stay down with the beer taps, you might be able to look up through the floor and tag him. If you continue to wait, he will eventually make his way into the taproom looking for bottl💧es of chocolate beer. This is your opportunity to sneak up behind him and take him out with a stealth kill. If that’s all you can here for, then you can safely make your way out of the building by going back the way you came, just don’t forget to grab his Karnesis slab on your way out.
Finding Aleksis - The DJ Method
This is the second and more complicated method for singling out Aleksis. Head into the party the same way as before by climbing through the window on the left side. After you jump over the wall, head up the stairs on your left instead of going inside. At the top of the stairs, use shift to get up on the roof. Now make your way across the next two roof tops until you reach the highest roof in the compound. If you get to a roof wheไre a bunch of people are partying outside, you’ve gone too far. You’re looking for a door with an open window above it that looks like this:
Head into the top window and hook around to the right where you’ll see a DJ device tucked in the corner. Memorize the number sequence on this board, it will change every loop. Once you’ve got it, go back out the window and enter the door directly below it. You might have to take out a guard here so💙 you don’t get spotted.
Right inside the door, you’ll see another DJ table that looks identical to the first one. Change the numbers on this one to match the one you saw upstairs, then wait right there. Look over the railing and watch the dance floor. Before long, Aleksis will show up and motion for the other par♒ty goers to move out of the way. When the other Eternalists stop dancing, Aleksis will start dancing in the middleꦺ of the room. At this point you can shoot him in the head, but you’ll likely end up fighting your way all the way out of the mansion.
Another option would be to simply tag Aleksis here, then wait for him to move back to the main room. Once you🐻’ve tagged him, just change the music and he’ll wander off. You can head back across the rooftops and enter the door that leads to the overlook above the main party room🐈. This way, when you take the shot of Aleksis you can make a quick exit before anyone has any idea where you are. You’ll have a hard time collecting the slab from him this way, but if you’re just looking for an easy kill, this is a decent method.
If you intend to kill all three visionaries at the party, the chocolate beer method is much better. You can kill Aleksis without alerting his men, grab the slab, then focus on eliminating the other targets while you’re still in the shadows. Both methods work, but the beer method wiܫll likely net you better results.
