To make the most of this, creator Toby Fox is encouraging players to ൩pay it forward and support other indie devs.
"Games like this aren't normally free", reads some text within the game. "If you can afford it, spend the money you saved from getting this game for free by supporting other indie devs."
Both chapters of Deltarune have been free to play. The first was released for PC, Nintendo Switch, and PS4. Chapter 2 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:has only launched on PC so far via Steam and itch.io.
Undertale, the game that kicked it all off, wasn't an expensive purchase either. It can now be picked up for £11.99 on Switch, £9.59 on PS4, and £6.99 on Steam.

Developer Toby Fox has come a long way since Undertale's overwhelmingly successful launch back in 2015. Not only is he now able to make the follow up a free release, he also saw his original character, Sans, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:make it into Super Smash Bros, albeit as a Mii Fighter costume.
Deltarune Chapter 2 is available now. There has been no word on when to expect a Switch and PS4 (and potentially PS5) port, however, given how sudden the PC release was this time around, it's safe to assume that's still on the way and will also have a surprise launch.
