This list looks at the best Crucible maps in the current rotation. These maps all hav🎶e great layouts that are suitable for all players. If you enjoy flanking the enemy team or like to hold down long and gruelling fights at major chokepoints, any of these maps will suit your wants and needs.

10 🧸 The Burnout

Easily recognised by the two spinning wheels on either side of the middle corridor, Burnout is one of the most interesting and unique maps to play on. Suited to any playstyle, whether you enjoy a ranged scout or 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:rapid-fire SMG, Burnout has nicely sectioned areas for fights.

There are lots of twists and turns inside to chase, or run away from, enemies. There’s also a large outside area that invites lo🍃ng-range fights and group showdowns. The spinning sections of 🎀the map can add to the gameplay, whether you’re escaping from a close call or decide to ambush someone by jumping over.

9 The De🌳ad Cliffs 💧

The Dead Cliffs is a well-known map to a lot of players. You have the potential for a quick kill with a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:good sniper rifle from either spawn point to get ahead of the game. The map seems like it’s split into two large sections, but the flow betwee🦹n every area is seamless.

There are lots of places you can hold down a big fight, whether it’s by the heavy ammo spawn or in the doorways of the indoor sections. The map has many good angles as well, so you’ll be able to catch enemies from an angle they&rsq꧅uo;re not expecting. You’ll just have to make sure you don’t run into enemy fire the same way.

8 Distant Shore 𒅌 ꦑ

A map designed for running, jumping, and racing to get a good spawn kill, Distant Shore is a great map for all kinds of movement. There are many different areas on the map🌄; long corridors, open areas,꧟ and inside spaces with cover that invite any playstyle.

Distant Shore is a particularly good map for any team size. It&r💛squo;s not too big for a 3v3, nor is it too cramped for a 6v6. There’s always the 💙potential to be caught by surprise, and it’s difficult to be held down by the enemy team anywhere. Moving around the map is smooth and makes engaging in fights satisfying.

7 Altar Of Flame ൩

From the depths of Mercury, Altar of Flame is a map that feel💦s large because of its many different sections. There are lots of odd corners that you can find yourself fighting in without being found by other enemies.

Grenade Launchers are one of the stro﷽ngest weapon archetypes in Desti🎶ny 2 — today, we're ranking the very best of them.

Both long-range and short-range fights work well on Altar of Flame, so you’re able to use whatever weapons you’re comfortable with. The heavy ammo box sits in a semi-open area that's broken up by a few walls and a long corridor. Loading up and firing off your most powerful heavy weapon is easy if you can get in and out quickly. The space works well for many supers, making it great for any kind of loadout.

6 Cauldron

There’s a love-hate relationship with Cauldron, but it is a particularly good map. The layout of the map invites players to conv✨erge in the large circular room in the middl🍷e. Anyone who has control of that room is at a distinct advantage in any game mode.

One unique aspect of Cauldron is its use of doors. Each door into the main room opens when you walk close to it. These can be used as good cover, but you’ll need to watch for enemies w⛎ho areℱ keeping their eyes on the door when you want to go in. They can lead to some interesting plays, but they can also be annoyingly slow when you’re trying to rush in.

5 ꦏ Endless Vale

Endless Vale is the best representation of a tri-lane map in Destiny 2. There are three distinct lanes to go through from the spawn point. Whether you want to snipe str🤡aight down the middle, sneak through the inside lane, or fight outside in an open area, the map has it all.

The sections of the map aren’t too divided, either. Transitioning through the lanes is smooth and gives you great 🔯opportunities to escape or flank unsuspecting enemies. The middle lane is a particular favourite for sniper rifles,🧔 but there are small alcoves that allow close-range fighters to safely push forward.

4 Pacifica

Brought to Destiny 2 with the Curse of Osiris DLC, Pacifica is a map based on Titan. Crucible matches can vary on Pacifica, es🅺pecially as teams can crowd around the central room and use that 𓆏as a control point for the whole game.

Dominate the Crucible with one of thes༺e power✱ful Sidearms.

The other half of the map is based outside, with a few corridors leading into some open spaces where fights can take place. What ma✨kes this map good is its potential for varied plays. There are many aꦜreas for snipers to shine without taking away the potential for an intense, close-range fight further inside.

3 🦩 ꧋ The Fortress

Set on the EDZ, The Fortress features an old castle and a crashed Ketch. The map has a large outside area with a few long lanes f𒐪or long-range fighting. If you don’t like hanging out in the open, you can head through the Ketch or find one of the many alcoves to keep out of sight.

There is a section inside a cave that seems to attract many fights and has teams holding down there. Since the map has many entrances to🐈 each area, it’s easy for teams to rush in and pick off enemies one by one. The movement between areas makes this map nicely fast-paced without being overwhelming or unbalan𒉰ced.

2 Wormhaven

Another map brought by the Curse of Osiris DLC, Wormhaven is set on Titan in an Arcology. The map is almost identical on either 💮side and there are lots of pathways through to the next area. It’s difficult to trap a team into their spawn since there are so many exits.

The map’s middle area is a balcony with open access to outside and inside areas. This whole s🔜pace is on various levels, which encourages quite a lot of movement. It’s difficult to hold down a space when it’s in such an open area, but it keeps up the momentum of the game, which makes it more enjoyable.

1 Javelin-4

Javelin-4 is a tri-lane map wit⛎h a good balance of inside and outside fights. The map has a long stretch of ground on the outside that’s split up with walls an💝d barricades, making it perfect for sniping or running in and taking cover.

In the middle of the map is a large circular room where teams can butt heads straight away. There’s another inside lane that leads to a main point that teams often take over and hold. Javelin-4 isn't entirely dominated by a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:powerful weapon type, instead, it's a great map for your personal preference. Though, it's still important to make sure you’re not heading straight into a sniping line with only your shotgun out.
