This guide will go over what the Corsair Down quest is, how to complete it, and the rewards you'll receive. Get ready for a scavenger hunt, as this quest will take you to some of the Dreaming City's more forgotten locations.

What Is The Corsair Down

Corsair Down is a unique quest that is obtained by defeating Scorn in the Dreaming City. The drop rate of this quest is quite low, so you might need to complete multiple Public Events 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:or Blind Wells to get one to drop. Head to yo෴ur Quests tab to view your Corsair Down quest. You can only hold one Corsair Down ques🎉t at a time.

To complete this quest, you must look for a dead Corsair whose location is described by the quest. Completing this quest grants Baryon Bough and a Rare piece of gear. Let's go over where you can find each Corsair body.

How To Complete The Corsair Down Quest

There are six potential locations that your Corsair Down quest will specify, each location containing five spawn locations for the corpse you need to track down. The phrasing of the last sentence in the quest's description will dictate which area you'll need to search:

   1. West of Divalian Mists

Where To Find Each Corsair Body

Corsair corpses have been bugged since the release of Beyond Light, so there's a chance you'll enter an area and not find one. If this occurs, exit the zone and reenter. You might need to do this multiple times for the corpse to properly spawn. If that fails, exit the Dreaming City altogether and travel back to the destination.

Spine Of Keres Corsair Body Locations

All of the Corsair bodies are found near the shore. Make your way to the second to last pocket of land just before ꧑you reach th✱e shore.

• Corpse #1: Found beside a boulder on the shore.
• Corpse #2: Jump across to the final pocket of land that meets the shore. On a cliffside will be a corpse.
• Corpse #3: From corpse #2, look straight down the cliffside and jump down.
• Corpse #4: Follow the dirt path towards the shoreline, then look slightly to your right. The body will be resting next to a pile of rocks.
• Corpse #5: From corpse #4, turn to your left and follow the rock path. It'll be resting beside a small boulder.

Bay of Drowned Wishes Corsair Body Locations

From spawn, turn directly around and run straight ahead to find theღ Bay of Drowned Wishes Lost Sector.

• Corpse #1: Run around the boulder directly outside of the cave entrance.
• Corpse #2: Head to the plot of land directly behind the first Abomination that spawns. It's the left-most boulder that rises above the mist.
• Corpse #3: From corpse #2, head to the second plot of land directly right of your location. The corpse is just under the tip of the inclined boulder.
• Corpse #4: From the entrance, follow the rock wall on your right. You'll enter a small sidepath covered in grass. The corpse is resting in the grass beside a pair of rusted Servitor shells.
• Corpse #5: Right before you enter the cave that leads to the boss, turn 90 degrees left and run to the isolated boulder in the mist.

Gardens of Esila Corsair Body Locations

You can reach the Gardens of Esila by goꦅing to the southwest corner of The Strand. A l🐭inear path will lead you to the Gardens.

• Corpse #1: When you descend the first staircase in the Garden, you'll reach a circular platform with a tree. Directly across from the tree is a corpse resting beside a wall.
• Corpse #2: From corpse #1, run north to find a second corpse resting beside a wall and lit bench.
• Corpse #3: Head to the western end of the Garden to find an isolated platform. The corpse is beside the western edge of the circular platform.
• Corpse #4: From corpse #3, follow the path north until you reach a dilapidated Awoken statue. A potted tree beside the statue will have a corpse near it.
• Corpse #5: Just before you enter the portal that leads to Harbinger's Seclude, look to your right to find a corpse beside a set of stairs.

Aphelion's Rest Corsair Body Locations

The eastern end of The Strand, just under where Petra Venj is stationed during the city's weak curse, will contain the entrance to the Aphelion's Rest Lost Sector.

• Corpse #1: Halfway between the entrance and the first group of Taken Thrall is a boulder. Right next to the boulder is a corpse.
• Corpse #2: In the first room with patches of grass, head to the right Dreaming City tower statue to find a corpse next to a wall.
• Corpse #3: Head to the left Dreaming City tower statue and climb up the ledge.
• Corpse #4: This corpse is to the left of the Lost Sector chest, found in a dimly lit part of the cavern.
• Corpse #5: Jump up both ledges behind the Lost Sector chest to find a corpse resting near the right wall.

Harbinger's Seclude Corsair Body Locations

Travel north of Rheasilvia to reach the Harbinger's Seclude.

• Corpse #1: Found laying on the ground right as you enter. It's impossible to miss this one.
• Corpse #2: Before you enter the doors that lead to the Cryptolith room, turn around to find a corpse resting near a pillar.
• Corpse #3: In the spacious Cryptolith room, look to the left of the entrance to find a corpse resting beside some rocks in a shallow body of water.
• Corpse #4: This corpse is laying beside the outer wall of the Awoken building, found on the northern end.
• Corpse #5: Enter the next room, jump straight down, turn around, then fall down the elevator shaft. Run straight ahead to find the corpse beside a pillar.

Chamber of Starlight Corsair Body Locations

Chamber of Starlight is Rheasilvia's Lost Sector, located on the southern end of the patrol space. Look for a cave entrance near a cliffside.

• Corpse #1: In the first room, look left of a central boulder to find a small patch of red grass. The corpse is hiding just behind the grass.
• Corpse #2: Run up the dirt path to the next room. Jump up the ledge the Taken Thrall drop down from.
• Corpse #3: From corpse #2, turn 90 degrees right and run straight ahead. The corpse is resting near a small boulder.
• Corpse #4: From corpse #3, continue running along the wall to find a corpse in the corner of the cavern.
• Corpse #5: Run towards the locked Dreaming City door to the right of the Lost Sector chest.

How To Redeem A Corsair Badge

Now that you have a Corsair Badge, you'll want to talk to a Corsair NPC located in one of the Dreaming City's Corsair outposts. You can visit any of them to turn in a badge, so we'll recommend that you visit the Divalian Mists outpost on the northern end of the patrol space. A tower that's typically surrounded by Taken is where you'll find the outpost. Speak to the Awoken NPC inside to turn in the badge.

Corsair Down Rewards

The Corsair will give you some Glimmer, Baryon Bough, and a Rare item for your trouble. If you turn in six of these badges to the Corsair, she'll give you a unique bounty that gives Dark Fragments and a Tincture of Queensfoil when completed.
