Every week, the Moon will have a certain Nig🅘htmare wandering a certain region. There are four in total that must be defeated to complete the Wandering Nightmares triumph.
The Nightmare of Xortal can be found in Sorrow's Harbor right before the entrance to the Scarlet Keep.
