The latest lore to arrive with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Destiny 2’s Season of the Dawn is a real tear-jerker for lo♍re fans.
It’s a new dawn in Destiny 2. Season of the Dawn brings new activities, new threats, and new items to grind for at the Sundial or buy at the Eververse. And if you buy the Amnestia-S2 ship, you’ll be treated to perhaps the saddest story told in Destiny yet.
But first, huge spoiler warnings. If you haven’t played through The Forsaken expansion, you’ll get much of the story ruined for you. Although at this point, you have ♊to know that Cayde-6 beefs it at the end, so that’s a 🎃shocker you can at least avoid.
Anyhow, the lore that comes attached to the Amnestia-S2 is all centered around one dude: . You might remember this guy from the first Destiny as the brother of Mara Sov, Queen of the Reef. ꦫHe acted as her ♎enforcer and spymaster, keeping everyone in the Dreaming City safe.
That all changes in Destiny 2. The apparent death of Mara Sov turns Uldren into the bad guy with the help of , who corrupts Uldren’s ไmind. He then falls in with the Takenꦏ, creates the Fanatic, helps the Scorn break out of the Prison of Elders, and betrays the Reef by letting the Taken into the Dreaming City.
And then he steals Cayde-6’s gun and kills him💫 with it. So yeah, he’s a real douche.
You spend most of The Forsaken's campaign tracking Uldren down and murdering him. And when he dies, he’s “buried” under a silk sheet and left in the Dreaming 🌄City.
Except he wakes up. A roaming Ghost finds him and resurrects him as a Gu⛦ardian, which means he has no memory of his past life. However, people still know his faceꦡ--they know what he did to Cayde, and they hate him for it.
The lore from tells the tale of Uldren without ever saying his name. It’s a sad one, but in a way, a sort of karmic balancing. He doesn’t know why he’s suffering so, but we as the Destiny players do.
