Bad news for Guardians that might be a little short on Glimmer. Bungie has announced that the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:two new dungeons coming in Year 5 will not be available to those who purchase the Standard Edition of The Witch Q🐷ueen expansion. To gain access, you’ll either need to shell out for the Deluxe Edition or wait for the dungeons to be sol🐻d separately.
The news comes courtesy of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Destiny 2 community manager Cozmo in tꦬhe Destiny subreddit.
“We’ve seen some debate around the new dungeon content and wanted to clarify how it will be delivered next year," . "If you get the Digital Deluxe Edition of The Witch Queen you will receive the expansion, all four Seasons for the next year, and the two Dungeons. If you get the Standard Edition, you can still upgrade to the Deluxe Edition to get the dungeons later. We will also be offering a separate way for you to purchase the Dungeons in the future, but they will not be included in the Sea🍎son passes."
That comment was not well-received by Destiny 2 players, who immedi🤡ately downvoted it almost 2,000 times. The written responses are all equally negative, and it’s not hard to figure out why.
In all previous expansions, Bungie has never charged separately for the few dungeons that currently exist in the game and has always included them with that year’s expansion. This ma♔rks the first time that Destiny 2 will charge extra for an꧟ expansion’s content, and players are understandably upset at being asked to pay more.
To recap, to gain access to the two coming dungeons, you'll need to pay for the $79.99 Deluxe Edition of The Witch Queen, which also includes all four Year 5 seasons. The Standard Edition only provides The Witch Queen expansion and not the two new dungeons or any of Year 5's seasons. Seasons are usually $10 each, so the Deluxe Edition essentially gives players the two new dungeons for "free."
Keep in mind that there's also the Deluxe Edition + 30th Anniversary Event, which is $99 and also includes access to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:30th Anniversary Event dungeon and the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Gjallarhorn Exotic Rocket Launcher.
