With all the excitement around the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:next-gen update and Hawkmoon, it was easy to miss the patch notes for today's 3.0.1 update to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Destiny 2. Though sparse on balance changes, the patch notes include several dozen fixes for a variety of bugs — some introduced in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Beyond Light and others that have been around for years. Though there are a lot of great updates here, two fixes stand out in particular: tether function ꦑon the Sanctified Mind and Super energy drain in Warden of Nothing.

Last year's raid, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Garden of Salvation, is one of the most ﷽visually stunning and mechanically interesting raids in Destiny 2. Unfortunately, the entire experience can easily be sullied by a buggy and unpredictable final encounter. I'm talking, of course, about tജhe tethers in the Sanctified Mind boss fight.

If you're a little rusty on Garden of Salvation, the last boss fight involves teams breaking off to defeat enemies and collect motes. Those motes are then banked in towers which initiates the damage phase. Players have to form chains with their bodies that connect the towers to the boss with tethers. If the raid team is able to connect both tethers🍃 to the boss, the Sanctified Mind will be stunned for an extra-long damage phase.

That is, when the stupid tethers actually work.

Sanctified Mind is an incredibly ambitious boss fight, but it comes at the caused raiders to wipe countless times even when they did everything right. Speaking from experience, this encounter nearly tore our collective friendship apart. I don't think I've ever been as frustrated by any other boss fight in Destiny. Sometimesꦛ no matter how close you get or how perfectly you align, the tether just won't conneꦓct.

After more than a year, it seems that a fix has finally been applied. A line in the patch notes reads "Fixed an issue where tethers did not appropriately disrupt the boss under certain circumstances." Granted, the description is somewhat vague. I was never aware of a "certain circumstance" that would cause the tether to fail, and pretty much everyone I've talked to about the rai♛d has confirmed they've had the same issue. I haven't had the opportunity to run GoS with my raid group yet to confirm whether or not this update fixes the issue for good, but I'm hopeful.

The✃ second major fix is for something that isn't nearly as frustrating as Sanctified Mind, but I appreciate it all the same. A line in the Strikes section reads: "Fixed an i🌠ssue where Super energy was drained when taking a lift in the Warden of Nothing."

I became acutely aware of this bug this season while trying to complete the Vanguard fragment quests from the Exo Stranger. Every week I would need to get a certain amount of super kills to unlock a new fragment, which is h♎ard enough to do Hunter Revenant super, and nearly impossible when the elevator in Warden of Nothing kept eaౠting my super before I could use it.

With six strikes moved to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Destiny Content Vault and 🌼only two added this season, the chances of rolling Warden of Nothing has increased a lot. I started dreading this strike simply because it was stealing💃 my super, even though it has always been one of my favorites.

I'm grateful for these fixes and, hopefully, my raid group has worked through the🥃ir Sanctified Mind PTSD and is ready to start running Garden of Salvation with me again.
