Kara spends the entirety of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Detroit Become Human trying to keep her adoptive daughter Alice safe. While there are plenty of chances for things to go wrong during most of the g🌠ame, keeping both Kara and Alice alive to the conclusion gets more difficult in the later stages.
There are three possible paths you can take to reach the credits as Kara. All of them are somewhat dangerous, but one, in particular, is more treacherous than the others. This guide will tell you everything you must know about each route and every individual ending. With this knowledge, you can aim for the conclusion you want or find out how to unlock those you haven't seen yet.
How To Get Luther To The Endgame
Luther won't automatically be there at the end of the game. So, if you want the big guy to make it to your ending, this is what you should do:
- Allow him to come along after the conflict with Zlatko.
- Tell him to take Alice upstairs when the cop shows up in the Midnight Train chapter.
- Help him during the escape from Jericho.
- When you find him later about to be shot by the military, help him out.
By doing all those things, Luther should be around in the last few chapters. However, certain decisions after that dictate if he survives to the credits.
Premature Deaths And Failures
Kara isn't just in danger during the later stages of the game. You can also permanently fail as her plenty of times before that. Here are a few of the main ways:
- Todd can kill you during the Stormy Night chapter of the game. He'll do it if you don't break your programming, don't reach him before he kills Alice, lose to him in the fight, or fail to catch the bus while he's still a threat.
- If you fail your QTEs while being chased by Connor, you can get hit and killed by a car.
- Zlatko will kill you if you fail to escape him or don't find Alice in time.
- You will permanently fail the game as Kara if you don't regain your memory after Zlatko erases it.
- A soldier can kill you if you fail to escape from Jericho.
Recall Center Endings
You will end up at the Recall Center if you're captured at Jericho or while you're leaving Detroit. There are a lot of potential outcomes if you end up here, many of which are bad. These are all the possible endings.
Kara Abandons Alice
If you volunteer to dispense of the android's body, shortly after shedding your skin, you'll see a truck in front of you. You can climb on it and abandon Alice. By doing so, Kara survives, but Alice will die in the recycling machine unless Markus's crew successfully frees the camp.
Kara Is Killed Without Alice
You can get shot to death in the Recall Center, but it takes two bullets to do it. The drone shoots you if you get caught by it and subsequently ignore its orders. If a stressed-out Alice runs to you, you take a bullet for intervening. And if you disregard the guard's orders twice while in the line, they shoot.
If you do die, Alice's survival will depend on if Markus frees the camp or not.
Alice Is Killed Without Kara
Throughout this chapter, the game keeps you updated on Alice's stress level. If it gets so high that she panics because you don't reassure her or stay with her when possible, she gets gunned down if you don't intervene. Then you either go into the recycling machine, or Markus frees the camp.
Kara And Alice Are Killed Together
There are a few ways for Kara and Alice to die together. The simplest occurs if you get the two in line together but don't find a plan to escape. They will walk into the recycling machine side-by-side, and if Markus isn't anywhere to be seen, they will die.
They can also be shot to death while escaping. This happens if you're too slow to get to the barbed wire, you focus on getting through the barbed wire instead of escaping, or if the soldier beats you in a fight and nobody intervenes. Luther will also die here.
Kara And Alice Are Saved Together
If you don't find a means of escape, your only hope of surviving is Markus. If he makes the rescue, Kara and Alice will avoid the recycling machine.
Luthor And Alice Escape Or Alice Escapes Alone
You need to find the escape route on the right side while you're in line. Then communicate with your remaining allies to get the option to use them as distractions. Afterward, utilize the diversion skills of one, giving you the chance to run to the exit. If Alice or Alice and Luther make it through the barbed wire fence, but you're wounded, you'll die. They'll be able to escape on the truck, though.
Kara And Alice Escape - If Luther Is Still Alive, He Escapes, Too
This ending is the happiest one on this path, outside of Markus making a save. Start by spotting the exit on the right side before speaking with your allies to create opportunities for distractions. If you want Luther to escape with you, have someone other than him do the diversion. Then quickly make it to the fence.
Alice and Luther will get past the barbed wire, but a guard will stop you from doing the same. Fight him and succeed in the QTE, so you can all escape. If you lose, an ally may interve🐎ne, giving you the chance to get away.
Canadian Border Endings
Your path to the Canadian border begins at the bus terminal. While there, head to the left to find a woman with a baby - only possible if the last bus is still available. She'll talk to you for a bit before her husband comes back and they both leave. In the process, the woman drops their tickets, giving you the chance to pick them up.
The family will then return to look for their lost tickets. You have the option to give them back or keep them. You can only make it to the border by keeping the tickets and getting on the bus. The following endings are then possible.
Everyone Dies
This ending is possible if Markus is leading a violent protest. Select the "no sacrifice" option, and your characters will approach the front desk. The border patrol guy will see the violent protest on TV and order the guards to intervene. They will arrest and kill you all.
Alice Crosses The Border With Luther Or Rose
When you get into the line at the border, look behind you to talk to Luther if he's there. Alternatively, look at Rose on your left and meet her in the bathroom. In the discreet meeting, bring up Alice. Then you can get back in line and choose to sacrifice yourself (aka Kara). You will die, and Alice will cross the border to safety with either Luther or Rose.
Kara And Alice Cross The Border
You can achieve this ending in multiple ways. If Markus is leading a peaceful protest and Luther isn't at the border, you can continue like normal and not sacrifice anybody. The border patrol guy will see the protest on TV and let you pass.
Your other options are to sacrifice Luther or Jerry if they're there. Set the Luther path up by talking with him behind you in the line. For Jerry, find him in the line on your right. Then when the time comes, choose to sacrifice one of them. This action allows Kara and Alice to cross the border to safety together.
Kara, Alice, And Luther Cross The Border
There are two ways to get this ending. Naturally, Luthor needs to be with you for both. If Markus is leading a peaceful protest, you don't have to sacrifice anyone as the clerk will simply let you cross the border with the entire group.
However, if Markus has chosen violence, you need Jerry to sacrifice himself. To set that up, talk to him while you're in the line - he's on the right - and then select to sacrifice him.
River Endings
To initiate the River endings, you have to find Adam at the bus terminal. He's on the right side of the area, where there's an exit. You can also sacrifice Luther - if he's around - by getting him to create a diversion, which leads to Adam revealing himself to you. In this scenario, Adam and Rose take you to a boat, giving you a chance to cross the river.
The coastguard will always find the boats and kill Luthor if he's with you. You get the choice of how to deal with them. Surrendering gets you all killed, while the other decisions partially impact which ending you get.
Kara And Alice Die
Even if you don't surrender, Kara and Alice can still die in a few different ways. If you don't lighten the boat's load in time or don't push well enough, the thing with sink and the freezing water will kill the two characters.
Alternatively picking hide or accelerate when the coastguard is aiming at you will cause Alice to be injured. She will eventually succumb to her wound, and Kara will have the choice to keep on living or give up. If you select the latter, Kara will die, too.
Alice Dies And Kara Survives
If Alice gets wounded by the coastguard because you picked hide or accelerate, she will die when you get to shore. Kara can then choose to keep on living without her.
Kara Dies And Alice Survives
Kara gets injured by the coastguard when you choose to protect Alice. The cold water will kill her, but she still has time to push Alice to safety.
Kara And Alice Survive
To get the happiest River ending with Kara and Alice both surviving, you have to either dive into the water or hide behind Luther when the coastguard attacks. This action leaves both Kara and Alice injury-free, and as long as you push fast enough, you can get them to shore unharmed.
