You can randomly find these shrines in all content, although certain Whispers and Nightmare Dungeon affixes can guarantee their presence.

Cleanse Shrine is a Whisper objective that requires you to find a nearby Lunar Shrine and clear it of nearby enemies. These shrines are typically found in World Events, requiring you to kill Miserly Spirits for 60 seconds. Killing at least three Elites during the event will grant bonus rewards from the final chest, although this 🅘has no impact on the Lunar Awakeningꩲ event itself.

Nightmare Sigils have a low chance of dropping with the "Ancestors' Favor" positive affix during this event, forcing at least three Lunar Shrines to spawn.
